Awesome!!!

I recently moved-in to a 2 bedroom on the 3rd floor with an awesome vaulted ceiling and a downtown Las Colinas skyline view. By apt. has been beautifully upgraded with new apt. featues like two-tone paint and crown moulding that looks fabulous. I was told that the property was built in the late 80Ā“s so I guess its about time for a face-lift! So far so good...no problems and a very friendly staff!!!

    CRAPPY!!! THIS IS THE MARABELLA NOW!!!

    Loud, piss-poor staff, outdated, HUGE UTILITY BILLS, expensive rent for what you get. <br> <br>Vandalism has happened twice to my building. <br><br><br> <br><br><br>

      Staff is Terrible! Staff wrote "what a quiet retreat"

      Lots of going back on their word. Gave me one rate for lease renewal, then said they couldnĀ“t do it - their explanation was that the person who made the statment was "new" and didnĀ“t know better. Surprised the blonde (named after a perfume) in the office can find her way to work everyday or remembers to breathe. <br><br><br> <br><br><br>They rent to a bunch of loud and rowdy teenagers, partying late into night. Some other weird stuff goes on. Police showed up to visit one tenant closeby 2 or 3 times in past few weeks. <br><br><br> <br><br><br>Expensive for what it is - an old apartment made in the mid 80Ā“s. My appliances are almost 20 years old. My air conditioner has gone out. My heater is intermitent. Plumbing is noisy. <br><br><br> <br><br><br>The location is great, but this place has a lot of problems. Go down the street a bit and have a better experience. <br> <br>The staff wrote the earlier praise "What a quiet retreat." What a JOKE!!!!!!!! Stay away from this place!!!!

        What a quiet retreat

        Since the new ownership/management took over the management, the property seems to have come alive. My apartment has the new two-tone paint, crown molding, brushed chrome hardware, new counter tops and doors, and ever has new tile in the kitchen and bathroom. Everyone in the office is pleasant to talk to and really seems to care about taking care of me and my apartment. IĀ“ve talked with other residents who are just as pleased with the all the new things happening here. IĀ“ve recommened the property to some of my friends.

          WHAT A DUMP!

          THIS PLACE IS A MESS! THEY SAY THAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO SOME CLEANING UP,BUT WHEN??? <br>THE PARKING LOT IS FALLING IN AND ALL BROKEN UP. THE POOL WAS CLOSED FOREVER! ALL THROUGH THE SUMMER WHEN I WANTED TO SWIM. <br>AND FORGET THE STAFF. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. ITS ALWAYS ON SERVICE AND THAT GIRL IN THE OFFICE CHANTEL? IS A WITCH! DONĀ“T BOTHER STOPPING HERE, JUST DRIVE RIGHT ON BY! <br>THIS PLACE STINKS, AND THEY ARE TRYING TO RAISE MY RENT $90 BUCKS!!! I AM LEAVING AS SOON AS MY LEASE IS UP. COME ON OCTOBER!

            Staff is incredibly rude & utility bills are very high

            It looks good from the outside but the inside is a different story. The staff is very rude. They are pet friendly though.

              A:Ā I don't know but they ripped me off. Before moving out the manager and one of their reps came and did a walk through. I had a witness with me and I was told by the manager that I left the apartment clean and I was handed a final walk through letter which stated no charges. I left the apartment in good condition, cleaner than what it was when I first moved in. However, they never sent me my deposit back. Not nice at all! I guess they needed the money more than I do? :( shame on them!
