Very good front office. The property is kept clean and picked up. There is security on the property. The pool area and other public facilities are nice and great to use. The dog park is a wonderful place for our sweet dog to play.

I enjoy living here. My neighbors are friendly. It's like living in a house. Nice yard. Maintenance is available when needed. Office workers are friendly. Rent is reasonable. I'm very happy here.

Overall I like living here. There are some things that I think they can work on and they are. They are working on the parking, they are working on getting things updated because when they took over it was kind of run down.

It was great until you all took over. Now i wished that i had moves when my lease was up but now i am stuck here another 9 months. So there is that. Just counting the days at this point. Probably would not be so blunt with what i say but it is requiring me to use 209 character and i have nothing nice to say
