Buenas pero necesitas cámara de seguridad y limpieza alrededor de apt por ponen los perros hacer su necesidades y los pasillos aveces perros orinando los vecinos aveces los de arriba de mi hace muchos ruido que tenga consideración nadie limpia los pasillos tira papel y latas al frente o pasillos gracias.

Beautiful place to live. Quiet and safe. Molly so truly amazing, caring and helpful. Maintenance guys are great! I love the after school snacks they provide the kids on Fridays. The events they throw for the community is fun as well!! I’ve been happy here.

The leasing staff and maintenance team is always courteous, kind,patient and always willing to assist with your concerns or needs. They complete the process quickly and professionally. The team keeps the building so well kept and clean. When you put in a service request they come out the same day and complete it.

Living at Green Wood at Katy has been a wonderful experience for me as a 72-year-old. The staff is friendly and always helpful, making me feel at home. I have enjoyed my time at Greenwood @ Katy for 2 years now. The facility is clean, and grounds are kept up nicely. The office staff are great to work with. It would be nice to have security for evenings and weekends to address noise or other issues that might arise when the office staff is out. However, it is a fairly safe place to live.

It’s been alright, extremely angry neighbors that slam doors and argue 24/7 to the point where cops showed up twice. It’s not a bad place to live but many things could be improved like picking up dog waste and having an option to do valet trash or not since I don’t use it at all.

I like my apartment community because it is clean and well maintained. The staff is great! They care about their residents. It is also very close to work and church, so it is soooo convenient to live here.

I have just renewed my lease to start my third year living here. I am very happy here and also with the overall management and quick response when I have needed maintenance. There are only 2 things that could use improvement: Upkeep of the dog park and more attention to landscape in front of units. Many have nothing planted and flood badly whenever there is rain.

Nice place to live, the maintenance crew is very polite, it is safe, the grounds are well kept , not a noisy place. I wish they could replace some of the trees that have gone bad and fill some areas that have no grass.

I’ve only lived here two weeks. It’s way better than our last place but I’m not done moving in yet so I’ll give a proper review at a later date. Poop is all over the place though and maintenance is slow at doing requests but other than that it’s a decent place with really nice amenities and security.

Expensive nice property but parking is horrible

“Visitor parking should be for visitors not for residents with extra vehicles that don’t pay want to pay for a resident sticker.” The office needs to fix this ASAP !! Lovely property but parking is a major hazard/issue and it needs to be addressed promptly. I’ve visited my sister’s apartment several times in the past month. The few random visitor’s parking spots are always taken by the same vehicles. There should be a resident vehicle audit. This is frustrating even when parking at the front is not an option.

I had issues with MOLD in the master bedroom closet. Maintenance came in and sprayed. I had several shoes, jackets and clothing items that were ruined. I called and inquired about reimbursement for damaged items, I was told that I would be called. When I called to follow-up I was told that I needed to speak with the Manager via email. No follow up was provided except by maintenance.
