None. The gate and access to these apartments are easy to get into if you don't live here . I've seen people wait and get into here very easy which makes no sense for all the money that they charge for residence

i have lived at the maddox for two going on three years now & they are very cooperative and get back to you in a timely manner! the maintenance is super fast, they come out the same day most of the time and are very communicative and professional.

So far it has been a good experience . Some time some neighbors that are noisy, a few times I have to send emails about cleaning areas that are dirty. But the leasing office people in my experience have been responsive and diligent. Thanks

Since I have lived at the Maddox, I have had nothing but positive experiences. The management team has been very communicative and easy to work with. The maintenance team is phenomenal! I have put in two maintenance requests, and they were completed literally that same day! Sara in the front office is absolutely awesome as well. I am very happy to call The Maddox home.

The apartment complex was beautiful and smelled so clean and luxurious! The apartments has Gorgeous finishes and lots of space. I'm not typically in love with garden style apartments but I would've definitely rented if it was closer commute to work.

Such a beautiful community. Definitely think the location is a good area, especially if you need to reach the freeway. The quality of the apartment units is very worth. The price. Definitely had good deals, Voyce. He chose anyone with you being more nice, quiet, and efficient. I look forward to making this my new home.

The Maddox is located in a great area close to Katy Asian Town and Katy Mill. It is a brand new apartment and the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

The Maddox has beautiful curb appeal and the unit we toured was nicely staged and kept. Sara White was the leasing agent that assisted us and she was helpful and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.

Staff does not care about the safety of the residents. The gates break down every couple of days. The maintenance workers enter your apartment without permission even when you state to call first or allow the resident to be home prior to entering. One neighbor continually harassed me and I spoke with the leasing office and they did not take my concerns seriously. When I request move apartments out of fear I was told to wait until they hear from the resident below me if they would like to move before granting my request. This complex does not make me feel secure or heard and disregards everything being a single woman in this complex. Would not recommend other residents at this time.

DON’T RENT FROM THE MADDOX. RUN, DON’T WALK AWAY. Seriously, rent anywhere else. Absolutely Dishonest & unprofessional team at office. PLUS Broken elevators for weeks. Trash rooms filled to capacity for weeks. Trash pilled in hallways for weeks. Stench of garbage in hallways. Rat & cockroach infestation.

Maddox's apartment is a clean community. The staff is nice and pleasant. I enjoy living here. they follow up in a timely manner and I appreciate that. You should come check them out. and I love all the events that are planned for the residence.

I moved in during possible bad weather . So my date was pushed back . The day of move in was good . The apartment was clean . Maintenance came out same day because I thought my locks were broken . The guy showed me how to work the front door locks and showed me how to use the rest of the light switches in the apartment. No issues with trash, parking, or noise.

Amazing experience with this complex!

My family & I renewed our lease here for the second time. We love it here. From the amenities, the monthly activities, the staff, we would totally recommend. I was hesitant because my little ones don't have a park to go to but because the dog park is so big, they run around with our dog Rex and have fun. The pool is such a great time, the neighbors make it so much fun. Every neighbor I've come across is very polite and very nice. I'm glad we renewed another year.The apartment life team added such a great touch with the monthly resident activities for all ages, such a good thing to get all the residents together.

Recently, my life has become even more special with the arrival of my daughter just two months ago. I feel so fortunate to raise her in a place that’s not just comfortable but also peaceful and safe. The building is well-maintained, and the management team is always attentive, which gives me extra peace of mind as a new parent. The location is ideal too—convenient to everything we need but still quiet enough to offer a sense of calm, which is especially important now that our family has grown. What I love most is that this apartment has become more than just a place to live; it’s a place where I feel truly content and grateful. It’s a sanctuary where I can watch my daughter grow, and I couldn’t imagine a better place to call home.

Beautiful and Safe Community

[Incentivized Review] I just renewed my lease the second time here at the Maddox. The community, building, and amenities are beautiful. I love that they’re starting to have events again, it’s well thought out and makes it a lot more fun to live here! I have never had an issue with bugs and got a covered parking to avoid not having a spot when I get home. Highly recommend!
