Everyone seems to be to themselves and very respectful. For the most part it's not always as noisy maybe here and there but it's not a 24/7 thing. And I do love my apartment and being here for the time I've been here the front office staff is amazing and I've enjoyed my stay thus far.

Not bad not the best pretty quiet and close to a lot of stores. Appliances could be better but they work. Couple of floor problems with dents but overall a good place to live. Management leaves you alone which is good and they’re pretty nice .

I’ve had packages stolen and I’ve had a few trespassers. However the live in security caught the trespassers and I have not seen them since. Overall the living environment is beautiful and I’m comfortable living here.

Over all I do appreciate the property and especially the staff, property is well maintained and the staff is beyond helpful and professional. Unfortunately the reason for safety rating so low is the security gate is almost always opened, so anyone can enter the grounds at anytime. And unfortunately i was directly effected by multiple losses, most recent was my bike stolen right in front of my door.

My family and I love the Dorel!! We are so happy with the community, the service time response is very fast, and all of the amenities are well worth it!! So far living at The Dorel has been a pleasant experience. I relocated from SC and the leasing staff made this transition an easy one. Move in process was a breeze. Small hiccup and it was more than smoothed over!!! So far so good.

I live on the 3rd floor and my AC in the summer stayed about 75 and higher it was uncomfortable being home for how much you pay in rent , and since my AC had been running not stop with 5 fans going along with all our ceiling fans my electricity bill has been like $450 for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment.

Need to update apartments on the inside. Need gate keys instead of having to log in on your phone to open the gate! Residents don’t always clean up behind there pets. The noise level is ok and if you have children in high school it’s very convenient because the high school is across the street.

The community is great. Nice apartments, great amenities, and friendly staff. I only have two issues. One has to do with dog owners not picking up after their pets. There is always dog poo in the grass and it's obvious no one cares to pick it up. The other issue is the amount of cats running around the complex. Apparently many of the cat owners let their cats roam outside. So my indoor cats go batshit every time one of the free roaming ones comes by my patio door. With the summer heat, those poor things shouldn't be outside and the ones that are I've noticed hiding under cars for shade which is only going to end in roadkill.

I've lived here a little over two years and I love it. It's quiet and everyone is very friendly. I've just renewed my lease again and I will probably be staying here a while. Anytime I need assistance or something fixed, the maintenance guys are all over it. I've never had any problems since I've been here.

Absolutely wonderful. Great place to live, plenty of amenities. I am so lucky I found this place. It is located in a super convenient location to the rest of killeen l, yet it doesn't sit at a busy intersection making it easy to get in and out. Love it here.

You couldn't ask for a better community and a perfect location. If you feel like walking the grocery/Starbucks store is less than a mile away. There's a high school less than 500 feet away, the community is gated so that's a plus in this day and age. Plenty of parking and if you want cover parking from hail or the high heat of the summer sun which we all do most time, it's cheap and very affordable.
