DO NOT LEASE HERE

This place is full of style and no substance. Do not make the mistake of leasing at this location. The front office and the back office are absolutely rude and pathetic human beings. This place deserves to be just be shut down from the get-go. They will make sure you sign the lease and then once they have you by your balls, will not give a damn about who you are and what your needs are. Their processes are pathetic They will not clarify anything you have to walk around like a blind guy in the dark. When you ask them questions, they will ask you to read the contract which is about 500 pages long. God be with you if anybody wants to sign a lease here.

At Caroline Florence, we strive to provide clear communication through written documentation and verbal walkthroughs so residents understand our policies and procedures prior to and during move-in. All residents receive a Welcome Letter and lease documents outlining payment requirements, move-in logistics, and community processes, which are also reviewed by our leasing team. While we are always happy to clarify questions and assist residents, we do expect all interactions with our staff to remain respectful. The use of profanity, personal insults, or aggressive language toward our team is not acceptable and does not align with our community standards. Our staff deserves to work in a professional and respectful environment while assisting residents and prospects. We understand that move-ins can be stressful and remain open to constructive, respectful communication. If you would like to discuss specific concerns further, we encourage you to contact management directly so they can be addressed appropriately.
