They are too slow to respond to work orders they you put in about a problems in the apartment. Other than that the apartments are great. What else there to say than what I already said. Have no problems.

My experience living here is decent however being that I have been here for a while no upgrades are available, and I would like to continue to live here with new appliances . The location is great and if and when I need repairs it's completed in a timely manner.

I did love this community and my apartment but in the last years they raise the rent excessively and the other related services. They doubled my parking lot fee without any notice nor reason. No one cleans the hallways.

This is a wonderful property to rent from. I have resided here for 14 years. The grounds are constantly kept clean. The apartments are spacious. The security is top tier. The staff is warm, wonderful, and friendly.

They are pretty quick about maintaince request when you have something that needs fixing in your apartment. Office staff are all friendly. However not too good of a job at picking up trash on the grounds in the apartment complex. I've seen trash still laying around for weeks at a time. Place could look a little cleaner.

Mostly positive. I love where I live except for the pothole near bldg 1117. The mgmt & offc staff have been great with the exception of one person who no longer works here. My biggest complaint is that my rent went up $200 after my 1st year, then another $100 last year. This makes me anxious about my upcoming renewal and what's in store. The apts are spacious and mine is in pretty good shape for the age of the complex. Maintenance is a bit slow, but I've hardly had a need for them. Everyone is friendly. Unless the unforeseen happens, I don't plan on moving any year soon.??

Relatively quiet. Good trash service. I am not a pool person so I never use the pool. Have not taken advantage of the weight room. Service requests are taken care of relatively quickly. Glad that the pest problem is now under control so far. No serious problems except for the excessive rent increases and excessive water bill.

The community is convenient, as far as the staff, I don't know anyone in the office, but I do know that they are not good about calling back with information that is requested, although they say they will call you friendly staff but when information is needed I have to make sure I follow up on my own.

These apartments are very classy. The apartment management takes care of the residence very well. The place is very clean and very well taken care of the maintenance staff is top-notch and will take care of you fast. I read this I definite five star apartment complex

In the beginning it was great when Rosemary and Farah were in the office new management don't seem to care as much. I have complained a lot in regards to my apartment this year sadly will be my last year living in One Town Crest.

The prompt responsiveness of the maintenance team ensures that any concerns or requests are promptly addressed, fostering a sense of ease and convenience. Transitioning from a second-floor unit to a ground-level apartment before the year-contract ended due to personal reasons was a seamless process, thanks to the accommodating and understanding office staff who facilitated the move with professionalism and efficiency.

I love the way the property is laid out. There's a very spacious dog park that my dog loves, and my neighbors are very nice. My area of the property is very quiet and office staff is very nice and friendly. Anytime I've had any problems or needed help with paying my bills online Marissa and Elizabeth have been exceptional helps to me. Can't wait to stay here another year!

The management change has resulted in poor service from the office, maintenance, etc. I have had service requests for months that no one will complete, the office never returns calls or emails, pest control isn't happening? the management used to be top notch! I hate that se left, because this complex has absolutely declined.

Staff in rental office has changed 3 times since I moved in and most of the response you get from the staff is rude and condescending. Maintenance enters my apartment without prior notice and they never leave any type of notice that they were there. Never any parking

We have loved living here. Close to 635, shopping and restaurants. Pricing has become an issue with as the price keeps going up yet and many residents have left to find more affordable housing. The property is good and the location is great but it starting to be overpriced.

My biggest complaint is repairs. They always hire the cheapest labor. My ceiling in the living area has been painted 5 times since I've lived here and it keep turning brown with water stains. I've had gray tape on my floors for 3 years now where contractors came in and said do not remove the tape there is a water leak and these are area that where the lines will need to be repaired. Rent goes up (with the market) but no upgrades with the market. They are fit for section but not regular paying tenants. The bushes outside my apartment are dead. Water bill $130+ per month. Two people in my apartment, others around me has 5&6 people, but we have to all share the cost of water. Cabinets chipping due to being old. Dog poop every where.

So far i like the Apartment im living in. The side i live on is very quite and when i need mainteance they come quickly. The only thing that i dont like is that i only have one closet in the whole apt and im so use to having at least a closet in the living room where you can hang coats.

It started good but now the broken items not being fixed and it's a lack of communication in the leasing office with renewals .the plumbing is really bad and they need to be replaced and when you do renew I think you should get free carpet cleaning

there are way too many litter bugs and speeders down the main Strech of the complex, i am uphauled by the amount of people that litter and think its ok, i understand demographics has some part of where we are located but we used to have a higher class or residents in the past than we do now.

From the day I moved in my move-in was horrible. First day of moving roaches fell from the ceiling. Roaches were in the sink. The manager at the time did nothing about it. It has been here and none of the amenities are accessible

My move in process was great. Since then office staff had changed, with Tia's assistant my lease renewal went smooth. The office staff is always professional and maintenance crew is very sufficient.

Moved in 2021 after the winter storm. My previous apartment got damaged with the storm so I had maybe 2 weeks to look for a new apartment. I came here and they quickly got me approved and I moved. The experience has been ok. In 2022 they raised the monthly fee $300 to which seems crazy for me as these are old apartments, but I had no other option as to pay for it and stay there. I have no idea if they are planning on increasing the rent again for next year. We will see.
