I have had many issues including broken glass on the floor when I moved in cutting my foot. Also no follow up by staff in the office. Would love to talk to someone about issues not on site. Office staff says they will get back to you and don't. Then I see them in the pool during office hours.

Only been at this complex since May but they are awesome people, quick service from the maintenance team as well. Also the complex is super clean super well laid out just overall a great place to live if you're looking. Also it's very affordable.

Overall, I like this apartment complex. It's got a great pool, parking is adequate, and there's lots of trees and grass. Like any apartment complex, pest control can be an issue. It's a little overpriced for the level of amenities that are offered, namely the very sparse fitness center and unreliable valet trash service. Management is very courteous and helpful, at least initially, but become less so as soon as you move in.

This community is well maintained. Anything that needs to be repaired is addressed quickly. It is a quiet community which adds to the enjoyment of living at Stonehaven. The office staff is very efficient, kind and courteous. I hope to continue living here for years to come.

I really like living in the Stonehaven apartments. It's been exactly the place my husband and I needed to start the adventure of the second half of a lifetime. No place is perfect, of course, but Stonehaven has improved greatly over the last few years. Props to the office team!

I've been with Stonehaven since April of 2023. I have just renewed my contract for another year. The office staff has always been very kind and courteous they do make you feel at home. I enjoy how peaceful it is and I also feel very safe which as a single woman raising a granddaughter that was very important. As far as the location you are next to the elementary schools walking distance, you are not far from any shopping you may need to do it's all just right around the corner. StoneHaven has also always been very quick to resolve any maintenance service I have needed and I've never had to wait. Stonehaven is a great place to live.

Great experience at our current apartment! Management has been quick to help with anything we needed. We enjoy the location and plan on staying for the near future. Garbage pickup is nice, and the maintenance techs now are great.

Our move in was unstressed, although the office staff did not seem to be very experienced, organized or professional. The apartment is laid out perfectly. The maintenance and cleaning crew did not seem to have paid attention to details. There were several things that needed immediate attention. Some work orders that have been addressed have still no resolve and some have not been addressed at all. The cockroach infestation has not been addressed and we have been here for over a month. The community is great, people here are very friendly and the grounds seem to be clean and kept up.

I just moved in like a week ago and so far it has been a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The outside property is well maintained and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly The neighbor keep to themselves.

Samantha is a superior manager. We had an interim manager, Allison, who allowed the property to begin to fall apart. Now that Samantha is back on the grounds. Speaking for myself, the repairs are done completely, on-time and in a courteous manner. The property is quiet and provides a good environment for me, as I am a loner and don't know many of my neighbors. I'm not afraid to be on the grounds at night, alone, and I've not experienced any theft or malicious conduct of others.

So far been good, some folks need to move there cars as they have been sitting in same spot for over a week. Reminder that folks should keep animals in control when walking instead of letting them go barking the entire walk.

I selected the apartments I wanted to see and Stone Haven won! I saw about 5 apartments before making my choice. Your apartment was close to my friend but also most affordable and I was really looking to pay less .

My experience has not been good. My apartment was dirty, previous resident urine on/around toilet and fleas in unit. The complex has been pretty dirty with old trash stains in breezeways. Norma at the front office gets offended and rude when she's called out on her inability to perform basic job duties.

Make sure you get all agreements in writing. Follow up on any requests or promises/agreements made to you. Upon move-in the condition of the apartment was on satisfactory. Broken glass on the porch. Paint stains on the floor and even though we were told it have been pest control, we still have roaches in every room.

Worst experience yet The office does no communication. They don't help you out. The front lady Mary Jane is totally clueless about anything that goes on and she doesn't submit things on time. Staff really needs to be retrained honestly

Overall great experience! Quiet community. Repairs are done quickly after requests are submitted. Office staff are friendly. Would only recommend them to clean out the dryer vents every once in awhile.

I moved to StoneHaven apartments for the school district, I love it there are a lot activities and things to do in New Braunfels and surrounding areas. A lot water activities on summer, beautiful lights decorations during Christmas. Thank you

The neighborhood is nice. The neighbors are nice as well. The complex is nice but the halls could be a little cleaner. Their is a laundry room and a small gym. A pool that will be nice to use when the weather gets a little warmer.
