I selected the apartments I wanted to see and Stone Haven won!  I saw about 5 apartments before making my choice.  Your apartment was close to my friend but also most affordable and I was really looking to pay less .

The complex is quiet and conveniently located. Unfortunately thatâ€™s the extent of positive things I am able to say. The hot tub is green and unusable and has been the duration of the time weâ€™ve lived here. The water fountain for the pool is hanging off the wall and being used as cigarette ash tray and has been since we moved in. The corridors are grimy, dusty and full of litter and have not been power washed or cleaned in any way for the duration of the time weâ€™ve lived here. The â€œcabanasâ€� by the pool have no covers on them so they are just metal frames offering no shade (â€¦ and havenâ€™t the entire time weâ€™ve been here). The trash compactor has been out of order for almost two weeks now so the back corner of our parking lot has trash overflowing and old furniture stacking up. Work orders do not get completed. Management does nothing to alleviate concerns when they are brought up. It is not cheap to live here. Prices are comparable to newer complexes across NB. It is so very frustrating and disheartening to be a resident here when management clearly doesnâ€™t care about the satisfaction of their residents or the state of the property.

Roaches and mold since we moved in. Being charged monthly for pest control that walks in whenever they want. I was in the shower one of the occasions. And my disabled son was in the bathroom the second time. Management refuses to let us out of the lease even though mold is making us sick. Their fix? Charge us 5k to get out of the lease, or an extra 100.00 in rent to transfer. Absolutely abhorrent. This place is a ghetto nightmare. Don&apos;t move here. There are less expensive apartments that aren&apos;t a biohazard. Also the walls are paper thin and our upstairs neighbors German Sheppard has lunged at my child off of the leash.

Do not move here. 

We lived here for 10 months and it was the WORST experience weâ€™ve ever had. And that is saying something when it was nastier than our college apartments and dorm rooms!) Roaches EVERYWHERE. In the power outlets, in our fridge, the freezer, the shower. Mold all along the window sills. The dumpster was constantly overflowing to the point that garbage was stacked in mounds many feet high. Our neighbors often left bags of garbage sitting outside all weekend long and there was dog poop everywhere around the property- but nothing was done despite our constant complaints. The manager and office staff talked in circles any time we needed help and then refused to honor the terms of their own contract so we ended up getting screwed at the end of our lease. When we moved in, there were massive stains on the carpet in the bedroom which was reflected on our intake sheet. The place was nasty and paint was still drying on the walls. We had it professionally cleaned when we moved out, yet we only received a fraction of our deposit back. Never ever again!

Would not recommend!

Community under manager Samantha runs like a well-oiled machine. Without her, it was slowly falling apart and being unlivable. I don't have anyone living with me and the location is perfect for my needs. I enjoy living here.

Overall, I like this apartment complex. It's got a great pool, parking is adequate, and there's lots of trees and grass. Like any apartment complex, pest control can be an issue. It's a little overpriced for the level of amenities that are offered, namely the very sparse fitness center and unreliable valet trash service. Management is very courteous and helpful, at least initially, but become less so as soon as you move in.
