Nice Staff, but some issues...

Overall, I think this is an ok place for the price. The maintenance has up till this week been fast to respond. I think I just have a bum apartment right now. My living room kept getting wet from the rain (gutters were clogged). So waiting onn week 2 for them to unstop the gutters (they had to outsource). Not to bad a problem because maintenance has been trying to repeatedly address the issue. My porblem has perpetually been ants. Add to that the joy of having our motorcycle stolen, and today my car broken into. I would say it is a fine place as long as you secure your vehicles. I just wish they could do more for the ants! (Repeated exterminators they supplied, but they always come out of any of our electrical switches,and outlets. But again the staff is very friendly and does try to do all same day repairs as possible. Also when you look at your potential apartment, if you have a washer/dryer; CHECK THE LENGTH OF THE EXHAUST TUBING! Dryers are designed to push air 18 feet, if it is longer than that you have to dry them 3-5 times to det them dry. Some of the utility rooms have shorter tubing to outdoors, some like ours measure 30 feet. So we have air dryed our clothes while living here.
