upon moving in a week ago&#44; started noticing roaches in bathroom and kitchen. They dont seem to care bout this issue. Wishin i would have looked a while longer for a better place. yea this place is cheap but there is a reason why. they dont care bout their residents bug problems. we have never had roaches so this was a previus problem the didnt share with us. DONT MOVE HERE!!! KEEP LOOKIN!!

school is starting&#44; and our pool STILL HAS NOT OPENED. 
The management explained to me that there was a problem with the perimeter of the pool&#44; and it was a problem LAST YEAR as well. That means&#44; they had ALL YEAR to correct this problem&#44; and they did not do so. 
The fact that we have had a triple digit summer&#44; AGAIN&#44; and can not use our pool due to the laziness and the lack of care from the management. 

I can not wait until my lease ends. 

I want to like this place but we moved in more than a month ago and they still haven&apos;t put drawers/doors on our cabinets in the kitchen and the bathroom. Ridiculous. Bait and switch operation, make sure you get a chance to see the actual apartment you are moving into before signing the lease. The model apartment is nothing like the actual apartments.

My family and I have been very comfortable living here, it is a very quiet and safe place, the staff is friendly and they provide services quickly.  The neighbors are friendly. We have been living here for a couple of years now and have not had any complaints about the place.

It is an excellent community, safe at all times but especially at night it is a place where you can walk freely and quietly. Never since I lived here in 2020 have I had problems with package theft or car damage. The office administrative staff is super friendly, professional and knows how to listen to the tenant and promptly resolve any situation. Mr. Nick from maintenance is excellent and has great knowledge in repair situations as well as leaving everything clean and in order. I recommend this community ??
