My name is Kristi Petit and I have been here for about 2 months. I do not work for the Apartments in any capacity. The office staff when we first moved in was awful, rude and condescending. But, things have changed and I am happy with the new ladies that are here. The grounds; were not great because people would allow there dogs to crap and not pick up after them. In the past month, the grounds are cleaner. While the construction bothers people and understandably so, my only complaint is the left behind material. We cook out quite a bit and like to have a nice place to hang out and play games, football and soccer. We have only had one issue with our microwave and they called a professional out to do maintenance on it withing a few days. Unless you move into a brand new complex you will have onesies and twosies that are going to bother you. So far, it is quiet, easy to pay rent and we get no hassle from anyone around us. Price is a bit higher than I was looking for but the location is great. Groceries, gas and restaurants are less than a mile away.
