This has been my worse rental experience. I've had a lot of problems with staff particularly Erika. who can't even handle sending an email to warn residents that they are sounding the fire alarm, beforehand. I have been constantly threatened with fines, that are seemingly made up because they are not mentioned in the lease at all. Hallways and common areas are filthy, instead of cleaning and fixing the trash chute, staff simply puts up air fresheners. The courtyard is full of dead birds and poorly maintained furniture. There are also sound and bug problems. Staff seems to focus on surface level appearances instead of fixing actual problems. This property could be great if it was managed better.

Overall nice property, amenities need improvement and more security around the clock. I like my unit and the upgrades but the price going up every year is not favorable. Neighborhood is nice and quiet.

Great pet friendly community in an awesome location. Love it. The community is clean and quite. Lot of space for parking. One improvement needed is the gym, it needs maintenance and cleaning but then you have LA fitness right behind the apartment

For 3 years we loved everything about the community. After the 3 years the following just increasing gets worse. The negatives since are as follows: 1. The front door is constantly broken~ we have had strange characters walking around and homeless under the stairs. 2. People put their garbage out at unassigned times with no regard of the smell. I did it by accident and was charged $25 for which I paid because it was my error. But their are people on my floor that do it every time. 3. People throw their trash everywhere around the property not taking pride of our community at all. 3. People steal mail packages from in front of residents doors and mailroom. ( it has happened to me and I got no refund from vendor because they said it was delivered) 4. Breaking into storage units ~ need deadbolts on all 5. Cockaroach problem like never before

At first good , in 2024 it is a nightmare - very miserable . They gave the apt i wanted to transfer to , on every renewal we get mistreated . Building is dirty , i am embarrased to have people over . Smells mold the entire building . So long in this apt they wont let me transfer without asking for higher price and then they give that apt half the price . I put in all my miseries over the year as why i can not live on this side anymore and no one listened . Worst building , dirty beyond words

This is a beautiful property and has potential however, the upkeep is trash! The first day I got keys, I came to clean and was greeted by seven roaches later to fine out that the apartment was infested with roaches! Had to live in a hotel while still renting until the roaches were gone.

The team at Axis 3700 are amazing! Not everywhere you will find perfection however, I feel like these folks try to make it perfect for their tenants. If it’s within their control, they go above and beyond to make it better. Shout out to the cleaning lady. She’s always pleasant and keeps the hallways smelling so fresh and so clean. Maintenance team rocks! Office staff is compassionate and friendly. Best place to live in Plano.

I like living here. However, my storage unit was broken in to 2 times. Nothing was taken but my boxes were gone through. Apartment provided additional lock. The only other concern at this time is I have ants and have found some cockroaches. I pay monthly for pest control, but have not seen anyone for pest control. I have NOT contacted the office about this yet.

The day we were supposed to move in at the end of July we had no AC. Luckily I was at a hotel for the week waiting for my family to move our belongings. Out AC only worked on and off for months, it was horrible. We had 4 storage units and they gave our key to someone else and they put my husband's 5,000 nine in the hall. Luckily it was returned. This happened again, but this time the bike was stolen. The apartment manager would not take responsibility for giving our key to someone else again, even though the bike was stolen and other items were stored in there. We were only given storage for free for 2 months. We also had a leak in our apartment which I guess happened last year and was not fixed correctly. The leak happened three times and was fixed.

Clean and convenient! The office staff is friendly and helpful. The common areas are always kept clean. The maintenance process is easy and the staff are great. For me it's a great location, and I especially love being next to Central Market! The amenities are nice as is the parking.

Location is the main reason I chose to live here for the past 4 years. But there are some issues with fire alarms going off with false alarm in the middle of night. Also have very bad pest control problems, roaches everywhere, not going away even after multiple pest control efforts. And most recently was told that I have to pay a late fee because I wasn't able to make the payment on time due to the system problems during the time when I tried to make the payment in time. And even after I explained the issue and made the regular amount of rent they still refused to take off the late fee. Very disappointed and upset the way they treat a loyal resident.

So far not good, cockroaches were everywhere when we moved in. We were told we would get a cleaning but were sent a 45 off a cleaning where it starts at $109. When we parked on of our cars in the garage it was towed even when we were told we were good to park there. They have still not gotten in contact with us after we have tried many times. Very dissatisfied with the management so far.

Overall a good apartment community. Over the years we have noticed that the amenities like the gym equipment is outdated and needs to be replaced. The cleaning crew does a good job of keeping hallways and common areas maintained. I think they need more help to maintain the parking areas, stairwells, gym, pool, elevators and other less common areas.

It's a pretty quiet community with friendly community desk staff. It has all the amenities you might need. It's located to a great supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is spacious specially the bathrooms and closets.

Not the best. Roaches, Smelly, Trash everywhere. Roaches are a huge problem in this community. I have filled out numerous satisfaction feedback forms, and I am sick of it. This had the potential to be an amazing community, but it hasn't been the best for me.

At first I had no problems. Now it seems like they rent to a younger group of people(students) or people that are unemployed. People steal from your door and don't care about the property, so if you are willing to put up with that I'd recommend this place!
