This is a brand new community, well established and modern. Support & Service are generally very prompt and professional. Hopefully these standards will be maintained in the times to come. Trash at this place is tidy. Move in was smooth, no hiccups. Package center is secure. Community is quiet. Community is clean. Dog owners pick up around surrounding areas really well. Overall, clean and quiet place to live.

Great location! Really like the badge entry policy with multiple layers of security. Extremely safe and amenities overall are great to have: Gym, Pool, mail room with badge access, office and private incubated workstations, coffe upstairs and downstairs, and plenty of areas to gather throughout the property. If you have a pet, they cater to needs as well.

Community is beautiful and the staff members are such a pleasure to be around. I decided to rent elsewhere due to wanting more open windows to provide natural light and give a true high rise feel. This was a hard decision though.

Thin walls buzzes floors on vaccuming, Baby jumping, dropping stuff. Garage door does not roll when you need it to ran into issues 8 times, few work meetings were delayed, internet outages, Garage elevator outages, trash violation fee if trash is not in their bin, incentive for new movers but not on renewals to match, 5 times leasing office management and managers changed since move in

when reviewing the touring Deonte was super sweet, very professional very kind and understanding. The apartment itself are so beautiful so nice very up-to-date and modern. The amenities itself are great within the building. The location itself is also very friendly and have a lot of opportunities for places to get food and have a good time with friends and our family. My experience was very wonderful and if I could do it all over again, I would just to have that wow moment from when I first walked through the door up until the end of our tour. 10 out of 10 experience.

First of all Brogan Olivas is an amazing leasing agent! I love how passionate she is about helping you find your home and how knowledgeable she is of this community. She made sure to touch on things this specific management company does that sets them aside from all of the rest! She is so welcoming, I would 10/10 try to get a tour experience with her ! I love how you can tell she's used herself as an example of how she would use the amenities and perks of this community to give you a better understanding of what it would be like to live here and in the specific unit she shows.

It's a nice place and the lady was super sweet and helpful. However the smell in the hallways was kinda concerning and the bugs you can see and where the calking is messed up allowing bugs to potentially get in. I don't like bugs and so that is kinda worrysome

I had a wonderful experience visiting and learning about the Emory. It was beautiful property with amazing amenities, decor and staff. I really liked the Willow Creek unit which I am interested in. I wish they were a townhome style like my current townhome. Otherwise, still a beautiful property but wish the location was more central to the 75 interstate.

My move in experience was great from first tour to fully furnished apartment. The leasing office staff were extremely helpful when locating a low availability unit for me. So far any issues I have found have been fixed within 12hrs...maintenance has been prompt, kind and cleanly. Nothing bad to say about the property or staff.

Move in process from application to move in there was no contact from the complex , you had to call to see if you were approved and had to wait Hours or days for a return call. The lack of customer service , interaction being late for a set appointment time. The only internet you can use is theirs and it goes out and takes hours / days to fix so people working from home have issues.

Beautiful apartment. Good location. Very high tech and up to date. Just still very much under construction. Very over priced. They already hit their max of people than can move out. So you have to sign a 17 month lease just for it to be reasonably priced. Plus they add over $150 in fees on top. Most of the amenities aren't finished yet but they said they will be by Jan.

The appearance of this space is beautifully modern. The designer did an amazing job! Knowing that this building was very recently build you can expect the brand new price tag that comes along with it. Some of the service fees seemed a bit ridiculous but overall I nice place. I would say the gym had to be my favorite part!

This property is still very much under construction. I know this because I just moved in. Keep that in mind if you're seeking to move here. Since the property is still under construction, that means that there is An excessive amount of noise and dust. everywhere.
