Loved living here

We had an amazing experience living at Windsor West Plano, our first apartment, and it truly set the bar high. From the amenities to the community events, everything made us feel at home. The team was always quick and helpful whenever anything came up, which gave us real peace of mind. A special thank you to Destinee, she was incredible from start to finish and always went above and beyond for us. We only moved due to work relocation, but if you’re considering living here, don’t hesitate. It’s a great community with great people.

Love it here

I have been here since Legacy Square. Windsor has made several upgrades, and are still doing so. The grounds and upkeep of the community and is absolutely amazing. The managers- Destinee especially is always the main one to ensure I feel like family and truly cared for. She goes above and beyond for all of these residents and her bubbly personality just shines and you can feel the positivity within her presence.

Every time I’ve been on the property, Destinee has been warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. She’s pleasant, professional, and truly goes above and beyond to assist with any needs, even as a guest, I’ve felt her genuine care and dedication. It’s clear she takes great pride in ensuring the property is well-maintained and running smoothly. Destinee has been so great in management. Darren and Wayne are wonderful maintenance workers, who I have trusted the 2 years I have been here. Brand new build and have been here since opened. The addition of the dog park with benches has made for one happy pup!

Welcome Home

[Incentivized Review] The design of this place caught my eye at first, but now after living here for 5 months, I know it’s more than superficial. Staff is very professional, kind and helpful. Maintenance is fast, effective and easy to work with. Gym is fantastic. Pool is nice and clean. Great community and atmosphere. Clean, well designed, quiet, and well maintained. I love how they have townhome and apartment options. I have stayed in one of the two story townhomes and love it.

Amazing property with great residence. What more could you want?

We’ve lived on property now for two years. We’ve rented a single-family townhome and transitioned into a two-story townhome. The flexibility to remain on property was one that we appreciate it. The cleanliness of the grounds and especially the pool allows me peace of mind when I come home from a long day work.

Best Place to live

I cant say enough great things about this apartment complex it truly is the best place to live! From the moment I moved in, Ive felt welcomed and cared for. The community is clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained, but what really sets this place apart is the incredible staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Taylor and Destinee, the amazing managers who make everything run so smoothly. They are professional, approachable, and genuinely care about the people who live here. Whether its answering questions, resolving issues quickly, or just greeting you with a smile, they make this place feel like home. They take your rental deposits

I lived here for 15 months, I travelled a lot and left their unit better than I met it and yet they found some unscruplous way to keep my initial deposit and then deduct some made up bills for my second deposit. It looks nice because its newly built but they give you the unit very dirty, because its new you don't notice the dirt on your initial visit until I moved in and have to place my stuff on the counters and under the sinks, thats when I had to clean the whole unit from dirt as shown in the pictures. Also even though they tell you this is a non smoking complex some of the residents smoke cigrattes and weed nonstop, I made a mistake of going out for fresh air only to inhale smoke and weed smoke not once , all the time, its a big issue here , the scent is so strong even in the hallways and walk paths. Its central a/c so when they smoke it juist seeps into your unit. I had a very uncomfoirtable stay here wrestling with cigrate and weed smoke coming into my unit, my first unit was changed because my neighbor smoked incessently and my second unit was no better. I had severe allergies from this and suffered a lot until I moved from this place. My initail deposit was never paid me when I was moved into a second unit and now that I have come to teh end of my term they refused to refund my total deposit. coming up with some flimsy excuses about stains on teh carpet when the office is very much aware that theior own pest control made that stain and that I immediately reported same and have been on the office for almost 10 months requesting that they clean up their mess, because thet dont want to refund my deposit they come up with a lie ; this is easily verifiable from maintenance request and pictures sent to theri office; such blatant theivery. If you have allergies this place is not for you. Also make sure you have an attorney if you want your deposit back because they will find a way to keep it, its a shame.
