If you have somewhere else to move to, meaning you can get a place elsewhere, I would recommend doing that. Rent seems inexpensive, but once you add the water bill to rent, you end up paying what you would elsewhere anyway. Staff are okay, just have alot of mishaps with the general ledger and counting money. If you don't watch your statement closely you could be paying extra unnecessary fees. And good luck with gates....front hardly works, and back one, well they open and close it on their schedule, although it would be very helpful to leave it open.
Apartment itself very quiet; however can't wait until lease is up.
