I am a new tote Estates and so far, not real happy. The apartment that i moved in was not available to view since occupied. I had to request the carpet to be cleaned or replaced before moving in, so they cleaned it. There is no berber carpet, no security gates in use an you have to pay a deposit for gate key; no business center or video library. The staff was very helpful until you move in, now they are rude. I have been here 6 weeks an all of my sprinklers are still taped up from the painters and/after several request, they are still taped. The breezeway in my building is very dirty an lights out often. Pet waste post around but not used. Hoping this year will fly by.
