moved to Prosper from The Colony/Frisco to be closer to my husbands job. I thought the apartment was beautiful when I walked in. Little did I know it was too good to be true. Paint marks are on the floor all over from their paint, cracks on the tile, windows don't close all the way so it's bad drafts. We have a 3 bedroom we pay about $1500 a month. The paneling on windows fall off. Some Windows won't stay open unless you wedge something to hold them open. The fact that the windows don't close all the way let's drafts in. The office says they don't take packages and sometimes they do so that's confusing. They don't communicate with each other well. Walls are very thin so we ALWAYS hear our neighbors in he morning and night. Which is not ideal because we have kids/baby. Maintenance is the worst! They're nice but don't expect them to come fix anything on time. I've lived there more Han half a year & the windows still haven't been fixed. Lights went out on the ceiling fans and they didn't come for over 3 weeks. Our toilet clogged they didn't come for over a week! And that's a serious issue. Office isn't friendly especially a woman with glasses who I believe is the manager. Always acts condescending when I need to ask a question but she's super nice to my husband. Always stepping on poop outside. We've lived in our fair share of apartments & we won't be renewing our lease. I would not recommend! Oh! Almost forgot! Came home one night to a domestic disturbance call all the cops were on the third floor where we live blood on the floor from whatever happened. Days later blood wasn't cleaned up. Asked front office several times. They didn't even know about the incident with their residents until maybe over a week later. They splashed something on the blood & left it there!!!! A HUGE PUDDLE OF CLEANING STUFF AND BLOOD MY TODDLER WAS WALKING IPSTAIRS AND SLIPPED ON IT BECAUSE THEY DONT CLEAN ANYTHING!! Are you kidding!? Blood?

    Hi Gaby-I tried calling you last week and left a message for you to call me back so I can get clarity on a few things. We apologize for the impression of when first moving in. I will have maintenance take a look at your window. If it needs to be replaced we will be happy to do so. We don't take packages in the office and provide Parcel Pending. I do remember in your case it was the fact that a carrier put all the packages in one locker and we had to go in there and take packages out so that you are able to get your package and that was why we held it as a courtesy. We do ask everyone to be respectful and conscious of noise and we are more than happy to address this-we just never gotten anything from you to address this with your neighbors, but we are happy to do so. I did see a work order that you placed on 1/13/19 about your ceiling fan light and we replaced on 1/14/19. As for your clogged toilet I see you placed a work order on 1/2/19 and when we went on 1/4/19 it was already unclogged. We do ask everyone to pick up after their pets. It takes everyones cooperation in helping the community stay cleaned, I will definitely send out an email blast about this again-Thank you so much for letting us know of this. We did go up to see the blood and there were only 3 tiny drops that we noticed and we did clear that up. Soda is the best way to clear that up so when you had called Taylor went up there to clear immediately. We apologize if this caused an inconveniece to you and your family. As for the staff, we pride ourselves in providing customer service and apologize if we ever came off in any other way than that. If you can call me I'd be more than happy to address this with you and get clarity. We appreciate input to help us grow and provide excellent customer service.
