Its great, mostly super quiet and definitely very clean at all times. I wish tenants would stop throwing thwir furniture in the dumpster since that's literally a rule and they get no fee or warning, nothing. It really diminishes the value of our community. maky put cameras in the dumpsters or something? our porter works so hard to take care of the dumpsters and our tenants literally could care less, it's really sad.

It's been really great, I love the sense of community we all have. The front office has been amazing and are very helpful! There is only one problem & it's this onslot of complaints about these 3 kids that are ding dong ditching and supposedly stealing peoples mail? That makes me really anxious about continuing to live here if nothing serious is done about it.
