It is very nice. The amenities are extremely nice and well kept. The maintenance team is doing well as they fix any issues within a day or so. They are also very efficient workers as they finish the work quickly and neatly.

This community has been prompt on issues they deem urgent. I rented a different apartment last year in the same complex, however, and was without a washing machine for 3 months and was provided no replacement or time frame for repairs until it was, eventually, replaced. However, with my fridge this year I was provided with very prompt service and received a replacement immediately due to the urgency of the issue location.

The dedicated staff makes it easy to resolve all problems. We can approach them problems related to almost anything like package delivery, help with the package lockers, information regarding internet, printing, etc.

Very well organised community, maintenance requests handled super fast and professionally. I enjoy living here as part of the University of Texas at Dallas community with peers. Transportation to and from the complex to the university is convenient too.

I moved in here about two months ago that I have really enjoyed the overall experience. The apartment looks very nice and the furniture they provided works well. I will say on moving day. I noticed it wasn't as clean as I would've liked, but that's to be expected.

Extremely unorganized office. No mail key on move in and room key did not work. Both work orders I have had to place ended only with only short term fixes. After waiting a month to get a mail key, the lock was replaced less than a week after. Can not recommend anyone ever live here.

Overall I'm pretty ok with it. In the earlier years the hospitality and customer relations was pretty low-tier but they've definitely stepped it up. The property also is a bit rough in some places but that's largely due to the idiots that live here, maintenance can only do so much so fast. I wish rent wasn't so insane but I can't complain cuz its walking distance from UTD which I love.

It is a very welcoming community and if there are any issues maintenance will come and fix it within a couple days. There are times when it can be kinda loud at night, but that is due to being close to a college campus. Overall great place to stay.

Place is good. Needs to work on engagement activities and responsiveness . It would be great if the rent is little cheaper. We would love that. Maintenance takes a lot during the peak hours. I also have an issue with the bank payment. Hope that's resolved

Overall it is a good community but the rent is really high and the amenities provided are not good. The equipment in the fitness center do not work and pose a hazardous environment. The maintenance work done for any complaints raised are mediocre.

The Northside is pretty overpriced as compared to the size of the rooms. It's too small for the price. The resident services isn't that helpful and we have to raise multiple requests to get a simple work done. We don't have a chairs at the desks. They didn't provide trash bins. I hate this community

Can be a little loud sometimes but is pretty nice for the most part. Rooms are very nice and I really like the layout of the apartments. Very convenient for people that go to UTD because the walk isn't bad at all.

The apartment is great, and the location is absolutely wonderful. Very close to the university and right next to a bus stop. The move-in process was smooth and prompt. The apartment did have some pest and electrical issues, but those are being taken care of.

Great community with great services. The smart apartments are great, however, sometimes the air conditioning and WiFi stops working and that is annoying. The maintenance team is great and keeps you in the loop and shows up fairly quickly

Apartments are WAY over priced but closest to the university and the community overall is kept up. The apartment that my son recently moved into was not cleaned property upon move-in and no inspection report was provided.

The apartment is very nice, I love it! Mail is easy to get delivered and all the staff are very welcoming. It's also walking distance to UTD. I enjoy all the amenities and little shops around the complex.

This place is very beautiful inside and easy to live in with the facilities provided. There were issues with the appliances at first but those problems got taken care of and now there's no more issues with them. Me and my roommates also became good friends and we get along really well

The service is bad and the rent they are taking from us is too much. They made us pay for the whole of August when our move in date was from the 16th of august. They make us pay for unnecessary things and they are so rude when it comes to maintenance requests
