DO NOT Move to this place if you love your peace of mind. Once they get you in they will switch up on you faster than you can blink. The manager has poor communication skills and she very rude, the assistant manager is aggressive towards tenants. The worst of it is, after charging you all this amenity fees, you wonÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t enjoy them in peace. God forbid you stay in any of the amenities pass Ã¢â‚¬Å“closing timeÃ¢â‚¬Â� they are going to slam you with a ridiculous fee for you to pay?????? ThereÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s no difference between this place and ------ in terms of management. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOOK ELSEWHERE because you will definitely regret it.

Clean, MANY extra perks and special rooms for residents. Residents can be noisy yet, never too loud for too long. I feel safe and secure. Also great location off the highway, close to shopping area (Sams Club, Walmart, food, pet grooming, etc.)

Compared to other apartments, the environment is very safe and demure, Maintenance has been consistent and very punctual when we have issues to Sort out. Neighborhood is very accessible to parks and bus tops . All in all I will choose this apartment over and over again. Thank you.

Good need to fix the elevator building 1 overall good just would fix a few things but elevator is the main thing it’s been a month we should get some type of credit for that it’s a big part of why we chose this place over across the street

Maintenance came to my Apt severely and dis not close the door. I was home they did not knock. I found my entrance door opened. I was out and they also left my door opened. No calls or any indication that they were coming at a particular time

Great location, close to a gas station, Sam's, Walmart, and variety of food options. Having an elevator is great. Apartment furnishings and amenities are nice. Love how easy the gates open using car sticker system. However, while under two different managements, I have been having an issue with my fridge turning off for 1-4 hours at a time since I've moved in over a year ago, and while I have submitted multiple maintenance requests, it still has yet to be permanently fixed. While the maintenance staff are nice, I just feel like I'm not being heard as I've also brought this up with the office. Then new management also added on a "community service bundle fee" that is $68/mo. Before we paying just $13 for trash and pest. But this new bundle includes both but also smart home services and package handling services. The package handling isn't necessarily new, they did switch out the lockers for a new company but didn't mention in the emails that it would have a $6/day storage fee if you don't pick up with 48 hrs which is fair but the communication wasn't there. Generally speaking, it has been a good experience. I do wish the amenities can be better maintained though, it's not because the management didn't take care of them but some residents along with their guests don't pay attention when using them. Pet friendly community indeed, but not so friendly for residents that don't have a feline friend. Frequently encountering barking and poops is a bit frustrating.

Overall experience is very good. Very lovely ambience. Very friendly staff especially Jonsua, the Manager. They are also very responsive. There are few issues I raised about residents not dropping off their bin bag in the chute. The management communicated to residents on that, which is which is excellent. But it needs to be enforced
