I really like the head manager. She is an amazing, wonderful, and professional person. Overall, the location is good—not too far from a decent school. So, all things considered—and if you’re willing to overlook a few minor drawbacks—I would give it four stars.

I have loved the beginning of my time at Silos Harvest Green. Everyone has been so helpful and welcoming. I love it here! My apartment was presented very clean and my move in process went smoothly. I have been able to go to the leasing office for help any time I need it.

Poor Communication, Questionable Towing Practices, & Ongoing Management

I strongly discourage anyone from leasing at Silos at Harvest Green. My experience has been marked by poor communication, inconsistent policy enforcement, and unprofessional management. The move-in process was disorganized from the start. I was asked to sign a move-in condition form before entering the apartment, policies were unclear, and basic questions were met with incorrect information. Parking has been one of the biggest issues. I was towed at 1:30 a.m. from an EV charging space without ever being clearly informed that those spaces result in towing. There is no visible signage stating vehicles will be towed, and management could not verify that notice was sent to me as a resident. Policies that cost residents hundreds of dollars should be clearly communicated. Parking near buildings is limited, the entry gates have been broken for weeks, and there is no security—yet residents are penalized. Maintenance has also been inadequate. When my oven malfunctioned, the solution was simply plugging it back in, which did not resolve the issue until I complained again. For the rent being charged, the level of professionalism, communication, and accountability falls far below expectations.

Worst staff Management..they don't do anything about noise disturbance

The young people moved in above my apartment since then they are making several noise disturbance late at night (2am-2:30am)...it has been 22 to 25 days we haven't slept properly...I complain to leasing office several time, e-mail them several times (I have attached pictures of email) they keep saying we talked with them and we can't disclose what we have done...BUT THEY DIDNT TAKE ANY STRICK ACTION AGAINST THEM...no one is ready to sort out the disturbance...infact they treat me like I am the one who doing fake complain...PLEASE DONT LEASE IN SILOS APARTMENT YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE I AM REGREATING NOW

Great friendly customer service! The Silos Team is amazing. From the point of entry until your move-in. Any questions that you may have is never not an important question. They take their time and explain each detail and follow up as well. If you still have questions, they do not mind answering or reiterating and I appreciate that so much! I’m so glad that I made the choice to move here and it wasn’t a hard one. I will definitely recommend this community. You guys ROCK!

Its very niceclean and quiet apartment and also the staff is very helpful and kind and always ready to help.whenever something is broken and if we put service request online the staff come immediately and fix it.The gym is is also good .It is open 24 hours because of that we can go anytime and do the exercise .The swimming is also clean and big .My daughter loves to swim over there.Its very safe community even in the night time.

The community is really quite and clean. Everything is peaceful and the sun sets just right on this side of town. I've had no issues with anyone in this community, it's really a community for family. Outside of a couple power outages everything has been pretty smooth

Living at this apartment complex has been a wonderful experience for both my fiancé and me. From the moment we first toured the property, we knew this place felt like home. Since moving in, that level of service has remained consistent—any maintenance requests we’ve had were addressed quickly and thoroughly, which has made day-to-day living much easier. One of the things we appreciate most is the sense of community here. The complex is quiet, well-maintained, and secure, which gives us peace of mind. We love taking evening walks around the property and enjoying the well-kept landscaping. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into making sure the environment remains clean and inviting. I have a few months of living here in Silos at Harvest Green and so far everything has been excellent!! Security, neighbors, office staff, maintenance, cleaning, everyone is friendly and efficient in what they do. Schools, shopping centers, restaurants, medical centers, supermarkets all very close. I recommend Silos to live in, very convenient!

This property is so clean and welcoming. The front office team was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable about all the additional fees. Brian showed me a few different options and really listened to my needs. This was definitely a place that made me feel like I want to call it home. I'm not moving until the fall, but Silos is for sure my #1 pick!
