Staff are very friendly, homes feel like homes not apartments. Grounds are well maintained. The main Internet service provider has A LOT of issues I now pay for an extra 5g hotspot because I work from home and consistently have issues with the Internet. That's the #1 problem.

For the most part it has been great. But have required a TON of maintenance requests for the appliances, water, pest control, etc. also disappointed that I referred a resident here and they did not honor the referral reward for one minor detail.

Beautiful Place To Live

Sixteen50 is a wonderful place to call home. and I love that I have an attached garage! The sunsets are magical and the team is amazing. I would definitely recommend this community to my friends and family.

Upper Management ( Anyone above the onsite Manager) can never be reached at any time. They give you a phone number that goes to an answering machine and no one calls you back. Ever. You will always get a big rent increase every time you sign a new lease. They advertise their rent cost online. When you look online and see that they have multiply apartment units for rent and the cost. As a current resident if you have the exact same floor plan as what is avaliable online they will rent the apartment to anyone that walks in the door at about $200.00 cheaper than your rent renewal. Even if you bring it to their attention that your rent renewal cost is $200.00 more than the price advertised online, they just tell to " Too Bad, Then Just Move". This is what happened to me. So if you want to over pay for rent at renewal time this is the place for you.

Aging buildings, not maintained, grounds always have litter. Canine droppings. Appliances are antiquated over 15 years old not energy efficient. Vinyl flooring, original fixtures. Roof leaking. My unit smells of mold

I can't imagine a better place for me! The community is friendly, clean, and safe. My little unit is tucked away where I feel relaxed and safe but close enough to all the amenities that it's convenient and enjoyable. The staff here is so friendly and will work to make things right. I do have a couple of maintenance concerns that I have to keep following up on but overall, I hope I can stay here a long time

First and foremost, the staff is amazing! Denise helped me find the perfect apt and I've been here 2 years so far and have NO complaints. It's quiet gated community and my kids love it here. They love the schools they are in and their friends they've made. We came from Addison and it is MUCH better here. The gym is really nice and so is the pool and sauna. You'll love it here!

The staff members are genuinely helpful and make an effort to get to know everyone. It's reassuring to live in a community where you feel acknowledged and supported. As for the location, it's pretty ideal. Everything I need is within reach, from grocery stores to coffee shops. It's a nice area with plenty of green spaces, which I appreciate. Overall, I'm grateful to have found these apartments. They offer a clean, friendly environment in a convenient location, and that's exactly what I was looking for.

Upon initial move it was great but as of late it has been real Unsatisfying. Multiple amenities are closed because the office is closed. The grounds have trash everywhere, trash cans overflowing, and dog feces everywhere. Management also seems to cater to new residents and dismisses ones that have lived there longer.

Not good. It is quiet; however, the unit is outdated. The windows need to be replaced because cold air blows in the through the windows. I could not get my apt. warm or cool due to outdated materials.

It's ok. Threats of parking in the fire lane are threats only. No action is done. Kids unsupervised running around in the roads make it hard to navigate. You make me type more. We have to pay 30 dollars a month for a service we don't use. Curb side trash is a scam. 1/4 of the complex uses it. Rent goes up every year but the services don't get better.

I enjoy living in this community. Residents mostly keep to themselves but are friendly. The complex for the most part is clean. Landscaping could be upgraded. Units could use some updating. I would like to security gates locked more often.

Not great. The grounds aren't cared for at all and money is never put back into the apartments. My vehicle was also wrongfully towed and has cost 12k to fix, meanwhile the apartment complex has done nothing to help me with the tow truck driver they contracted that broke my car.

it's an apartment. they leave you alone for the most part. there's been some frustrations but nothing too overwhelming. I think my biggest complaint so far is have had some noisy neighbors. The trash service seems pretty expensive for what it is

The apartment management teams, and service teams are absolutely incredible. The apartments are well equipped, and open. The gym has a ton of equipment, locker rooms, hot tubs, and more. Great place happy to continue renting

I like the 1650 complex and have enjoyed my time here. The apartment is laid out nicely and meets my needs. All staff, maintenance team, and subcontractors have been professional , timely, and have gotten the job done. The park, playground, and walking paths are clean, well maintained, and enjoyable.

I love my apartment! One of the features that attracts most people is the attached garage. The office staff are friendly and the maintenance crew are the best! We moved in in 2/13/2020. We have 2 Bd. We really like the facility and easy to get on and out of to main roads.My wife and I are both disabled and the apartment works for us. Only issue is need Handicap parking at mail center. People park on both sides of mail center and it difficult for us to get our mail. I requested handicap on both sides and management agreed to install. Management works with residents which is great.
