I like the quiet location and the size of my apartment is a definite plus. On the downside, the appliances are outdated or do not work up to expectations. Even thou I have two closets there is not enough shelf and storage space, in fact there is not a separate linen closet with shelves like I have had in previous apartment homes. I am in a larger one bedroom apartment. My biggest complaint is this is a non-smoking community and I am currently experiencing smoke smell coming in thru my vents and currently working with the apartment management to find a solution.

    Everything for me is ok since i moved in little, a lot of bugs and spiders on balcony but understandable because my unit balcony have the view to the little forest behind, other than that im pretty happy to live here

      Put in speed bumps please people drive like 30mph. And get my upstairs neighbors to get rid of that wind chime that keeps me up at night. I live in 3204. Other than that I love living here. I wish there were more parties for new years or get togethers for the people that live here. They used to do that a lot but not anymore.

        There are plenty of things that are good about living here (the overall space is lovely, and the nearby schools are great), but the challenges are very real, too. The gates are often out of order, there is dog poop everywhere, and trash is often spilling on to the parking area.

          Since the change of management this complex has gone down hill. No one ever responds back to calls or tickets. I will not be renewing my lease - HardyOak has become cheap, lazy, and full of new residents that don't respect the property.

            Love my apartment and neighbors. Everyone is pleasant and friendly. The apartment staff is very helpful and provide quick answers to any questions I have. Highly recommend. Please consider this apartment complex when renting.

              Overall the community is nice. We enjoy the swimming pool in the summer and club area in the winter. The gym is good, it gets lots of use but the equipment we want to use is not always available. The don't care for the electric stove as the burners don't heat evenly, and the kitchen island electrical breaker trips easily.

                Living at Hardy Oak Apartments has been nothing short of excellent. Both the front desk, as well as maintenance, provide top notch communication and accommodation. I have never experienced any issues with noise or lack of cleanliness, apart from what you can expect from living below someone and sharing walls. I've recommended this complex to many of my clients from work that are looking for an apartment in the area.
