Current Resident.
Apartments are nice and modern,the staff is friendly and seem to have improved a bit on the comminication issues. Only issue I have had is ongoing cooling problems. Half the unit will be in the lower 70's while the other rests in the 80's. I should not have to choose between freezing out our son or sweating out ourselves. I have tried to talk with the head of Maintanace but he is fairly high on the arogance level, and a few of his suggestions go against industry standard knowlege. I actually doubt he is HVAC certified. I am a fraid we will ne be able to stay another year if they can not fix this issue. And will have to give the property a bad grade until it is. One shoudl expect a cool apartment in South Texas.Manager

On behalf of myself and the team at The Haven at Blanco, I would sincerely like to apologize for the time it has taken to appropriately addres the issue you have experienced with your air conditioning. Since our prior attempts to correct the issue have not been satisfctory, we have called the outside repair company and confirmed an appointment for today to have the issue fixed. Customer care is a top priority for us, we want to provide our residents with a comfortable living environment and excellent customer service.
