Do Not Move Here!

I have been a tenant at the Haven at Blanco for six months and cannot wait until my lease is up! This place is way overpriced for the kind of treatment that you get. It is not worth the money. We are continuously harassed by the Asst Mgr at the complex, who is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. She seems to have nothing useful to do with her spare time and is constantly trying to find dumb*** things to write violations for. She actually sent a police officer to my door at 11:00pm for too much noise/bass...I wasn't even home at the time, go figure!!! We have made complaints about her and nothing has been done as of yet. The reviews about the phone never being answered are true as well. It would be nice if they concentrated their efforts on all of the cars that are waiting in line to cut you off, in order to enter the gate all day/night. This is apparent by the barrier stick, which is broken 90% of the time. There is absolutely no parking because of this problem. There are sooo many vehicles speeding through the parking lot at all hours of the night, so you have to be careful when walking from your car. Also, the wood floors are nice, but beware because you might get complaints from the neighbor below (like we did) simply from walking around. Don't listen to their lies. But, if you move here, beware of living anywhere near the witch!!!

    I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy about moving to The Haven at Blanco. I also want to apologize if you have felt the management office staff has not met your requests with a helpful attitude. It is never the intent of myself or anyone on my staff to make our residents feel uncomfortable or unhappy in our community. You help make it a community! Our team is always available from 9:00 to 7:00 to assist residents and guests. While we do our best to answer every phone call, sometimes one cannot be answered because we are helping someone else at the time. To make sure everyone is taken care of as quickly as possible, we have a voice messaging system to handle all unanswered calls, we check this regularly. Unfortunately noise issues can be more prominent in apartment homes due to them being a multifamily building.. It is our policy to send a mediator to discuss a noise issue when residents are involved. Our staff complies follows specific procedures designed in the best interest of all our residents. Regarding parking issues, The Haven at Blanco provides sufficient parking for all of it's residents. The community was designed to provide every apartment home with parking space as required by local building code in San Antonio.
