VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Beautiful on the outside but once inside the often broken gates, beware! Cigarette butts and dog poo on the grouds. Parking is a total nighmare unless you're stupid enough to pay $100 more dollars for a detached garage. Phones in the office are never answered so walk or drive over there because the staff will not pick up the phone even though they're sitting at the desk listening to the phone ring. For the outrageous price find somewhere else to hang your hat. If you're one of the staff's favorites you get what you ask for, otherwise forget it! Get on the staff's good side so you can break all the rules and nobody says a word. I was so glad my lease term ended so I could find another place not too far away that's such a cost savings with fewer headaches. San Antonio has so many nice places so check them all out before you end up miserable!

    MAA Haven at Blanco
    I apologize that you feel your experience at The Haven at Blanco was negative. Myself and my team want all of our residents to enjoy living at The Haven at Blanco and do our best to ensure that needs and requests are met in a timely manner. The management team is always available from 9:00 to 7:00 to assist you. If we are unable to answer the phones, we do have a voice messaging system that will handle the unanswered calls and we follow up with our messages throughout the day. The community was designed to provide every apartment home with parking spaces as required by local building code in San Antonio. We do offer garages (detached and attached) at reasonable rates for those that would like to have a the convenience of their own private parking and storage space. We offer five stations for our residents to dispose of pet waste as well as cigarettes, unfortunately not all residents comply with our policy of cleaning up after themselves. Our maintenance staff does patrol the grounds multiple times a day to ensure the community is kept clean. Myself and the management team at The Haven at Blanco make every effort to keep this community clean, safe and comfortable for all our residents to enjoy.
