Not worth its price.

I made the mistake of not doing my research and chose this apt complex too quickly and paid the price. As so many have stated on these reviews, the front desk is really lacking in any real customer service ability. To many times the people in the front office are walking around it and not working with the people waiting to be serviced. In one instance I walked into the front office, was told by one of their staffers she would be with me, and then she left for the day! I was literally sitting there 15 minutes before I realized this. The one young man they do have in the front office is great, when I could get him to assist me, but he was too busy doing the other front office peoples work. Parking space is horrible, this complex was not configured with the tenant in mind but the complex and its apparent in that there are more spaces "to buy" than to park. If you re a parent with a college student, I'd be concerned about their safety as there are always people coming and going in this complex even though they have these big gates up front. Also what really stunk was you HAD to subscribe to this valet trash service that was never on time and used the onsite trash service you already paid for. So basically you were funding some ones business. It was the worst service ever, most of the time I just walked over to the dumpster myself and dumped my trash. The management company really needs to listen up though about the lack of any really customer service from front desk people.

    I am sorry to hear that you feel your choice to move to The Haven at Blanco was a mistake. My staff and I take great pride in providing an enjoyable living experience for all our residents and strive to provide excellent customer service. I apologize that you feel we have not followed through on our commitment. We have 3 to 4 team members in the office during the week, available from 9:00 to 7:00 to assist you. If we are unable to assist you at that time, it is our policy to follow up with each resident as soon as possible to ensure their needs are met. Our community was designed to provide every apartment home with adequate parking spaces, as required by local building code in San Antonio. We offer garages at reasonable rates should a resident desire the convenience of their own space. The monthly expense for trash is a common fee at most apartment communities and is usually included in the overall cost of the rent. As a luxury apartment community, we offer a unique amenity to our residents; providing a more convenient way to have your garbage disposed of each day by picking up your trash right outside the door to your apartment home five nights a week. Our after hours attendant patrols the community every evening. Should a resident experiences a noise or safety concern our residents can call our office and the attendant will act immediately to address the issue. The team at The Haven at Blanco makes every effort to keep this community clean and comfortable for all our residents to enjoy.
