PROS: New and Clean, family centered Cons: PARKING, Big Increass, and loud

I moved in about a year ago, and have not had any issues. They have always responded quickly when there is an issues. A few weeks ago, some tenants were fighting in the middle of the night (which is not common) and had a party the next day. They kicked them out of the complex. My issue are that the renewal was steep! We did get in on a good deal originally, but the renewal was high. The other issue is the parking - on any given night, I have to park in the next building. Other then that, it is a great family complex. They do several activities throughout the year: have a snack waiting for the bus kids, movie night, wine tasting, etc. The staff is fantastic. They pick up your trash at your door - fantastic. They fix any issues quickly - fantastic. The location is great, and easy to get anywhere. The school - Hidden Forest Elementary is mirrors a private school. I see many families with young children living there, and many professionals. It is not a "party spot". They have a play ground that my kids really enjoy, and pool is great.

    First of all, thank you so much for making The Haven at Blanco your home for the last year. I was sorry to read that you were frustrated with our renewal process. I want to encourage all of our residents to come in and discuss the various pricing options when it comes time for your renewal so that we can work together to find a renewal rate that fits within your budget. If there is still time on yours, please come see me! We did have previous issues with the fitness equipment and the spa heater but we are pleased to say that all equipment in the gym is now up and running. We have purchased another commercial grade treadmill in addition to the ones we have and the spa heater will be replaced this week. It is our policy to return all phone calls within 24 hours, if you do not receive a returned phone call in an acceptable time frame please feel free to drop by the office or email me personally at [email protected] as an alternative method of communication and I will see to it that you are taken care of immediately.
