GOING DOWNHILL FAST!

Parking: Horrible - There are more spaces that require you to pay $80-$100 to occupy than free parking spaces Noise: You can hear everything from neighbor's conversations to neighbors using the toilet Dog poop is everywhere! Cockroaches and spiders crawl into every crack/opening of your apartment! ---- in the leasing office is extremely rude and incompetent. She should work at the Velero! When people move out, the apartments aren't thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before new tenants move in, they are surface-cleaned. When your lease expires, expect astronomical rate increases! The rates have increased drastically from 2009 to now! New money has moved into the complex and the staff is taking advantage of it!

    I am genuinely sorry to hear that you feel The Haven at Blanco does not meet your standards. I would like to address the comments you have made to clear up any misunderstandings. My team and I strive very hard to ensure the cleanliness of our community. Our service team as well as office team walk the grounds throughout the day and clean up any areas that have litter or pet waste. We are a very pet friendly community and we currently have 7 pet stations located through out the property. Our community furnishes our residents with pet waste bags as well for their convenience. Unfortunately not all residents clean up after their pets. If informed of a particularly bad area we will make sure to address it immediately. I think it's important to note that just recently we were nominated as San Antonio's Property of the Year. As part of the qualifying criteria our community had to meet or exceed areas of excellence and we have been judged to excel in many of the areas that you have addressed concerns on. Parking is on a first come first serve basis and we do have extra reserved parking spaces available for a minimal price. However our number of parking spaces is deemed sufficient for the number of apartment homes that we have by city code officials. Our rental rates are based on availability, lease terms and occupancy dates. We use a pricing program that can change on a daily basis and is similar to what the airline industry uses. We do strive to have competitive prices comparable to communities in our area and this software helps insure that. Anyone that meets our resident screening criteria is welcome to live at our community. Our community, unlike many others has free pest control service in the event that you have any unwanted pests. If you find that you are having a problem with a particular pest, please let us know so that we may have the service investigate and take care of any issues for you. Every one of our apartment homes is inspected 3 times prior to any move-in to ensure the cleanliness of the apartment and that the maintenance, carpet and painting crews have met our company standards. Each individual on our staff is dedicated to our residents needs. It is never our intention to come across as anything less than friendly and professional.
