I love living here but&#44; I have two major concerns.  The dog poop ruins my morning as soon as I step outside my apartment.  The residents are not curteous  about other people.  They dont pick up after their pets!   I have to endure  the stinky smell every morning!  I have to wait until I  leave the complex to roll down my window and get some fresh air. They should place camera around the complex to caught  the irresponsible pet owners.  The second thing is the very thin walls that this building has.  It&#39;s very poor&#44; that you can hear evertything!   Unfortunately&#44; Imy neighbor upstairs cannot discipline their child and be reasonable to not run around  until 1030 pm.  Just ridiculous.. I am paying over 1200  to endure these things.   The staffs are great&#44; just hoping that they  take care of the dog issues.  If you want to have a quiet living and fresh air in the morning&#44; dont choose this apartment.

Overall, I really enjoy it here. Aside from one crazy neighbor that was finally removed, I haven't had a whole lot of issues. As a single mom raising a young child being in a safe community is important to me. I feel like some things have been more worn own in the last couple of years like the obstacle course used to look much nicer now it's really rundown and has bee hives on a lot of the equipment. But I've never felt unsafe here so that outweighs any of the other issues

This community meet my expectations, good place to live with my family, safe, clean, nice pool are, gym so nice I really love coming back from work and rest home sweet home. Friendly neighbors. Friendly and great service from all the staff.

This has been by far my worst apartment (out of 7). My upstairs neighbors are constantly banging around and yelling late into the night and despite multiple complaints with recordings management did nothing except offer me a new apartment at a higher price with a new longer lease. My upstairs neighbors are so bad, they knocked down a light fixture from banging around on their floor/my ceiling. The office didn't even respond to that incident. After moving in, I noticed my apartment was disgusting. There was rust and mold in the shower along the caulking and door/door seal, food down the wall between the fridge and cabinets, and gunk built up in the corners of the bathroom and kitchen. In true apartment fashion, it looked as if they tried to paint over most problems. The office did send someone out to clean the apartment, but they didn't address the problem areas. Instead they vacuumed and organized my apartment. Since moving in, my bathroom sink has had to be fixed due to it making a very loud vibrating noise, the dishwasher has to be replaced for not draining properly, the A/C unit flooded, the ice maker flooded the fridge ruining food and personal (temporary) flooring I had put it, and my sink flooded the cabinet underneath, again, ruining personal items. After the fridge incident, the office told me that they would not be reimbursing me for damages and that I would have to make a claim on my renters insurance.
Maintenance is usually pretty timely in their response to requests. Although my experience in that may be skewed due to the nature of the request being to fix items that are flooding. 
Last thing is that it can be difficult to find a decent parking spot if you get home after 7pm. 

It may just be my unit that has a ton of problems, but honestly, these apartments are long overdue for an update.

Haven is like home ! Comfortable , great staff, accommodating & beautiful! Neighbors are friendly. There are always events happening . The pool is always clean and maintained . I cannot praise Haven enough !

Lived here for 4 years sure had great experiences Amazing  team at Haven, especially Ms Jeniffer! if something breaks love   how efficient they get the problems resolved quickly, location pretty convenient to go anywhere, Great pool and Gym

At the beginning it was hard but now we are adjusting it's been a nice change even tho there can be improvement for the little things that we don't like but had to live with for the time being. We do like the environment they take care of the complex it's well kept. The pool is my favorite and the resident events they have also. The staff is very nice and professional very welcoming. They have 3 bedrooms which we love cause it took us time to find a reasonable place and we found it so overall we are happy.
