These apartments are a bit older. The maintinance team is great and will fix or repair anything in a timely manner. My area is super quiet and I have a full size garage. I love the combination of engineered wood and carpet. The dual weight room equipment is a bit worn and rusty. The area is great as it is only a few miles to the HEB PLUS, target, whole foods and much more.

    This place is a good location. Beware, the staff in the office are a bit laid back and don't seemed to concerned about people's issues. I came to do a preinspection on a Friday so i could move in on Monday. The place was dirty and nothing had been cleaned. Water damage under sinks. I moved the start date to a Tuesday so it could get cleaned on Monday. I came Monday and the only thing that had been done was a vacuum. I don't see the carpet steamed cleaned, dryer lint, bath tub dirty, I cleaned the floors myself and had 2 microfibers clothes of dirt. I didn't see any calls made to the cleaning supervisor and I had to move in and clean myself for a couple of hours. I am a bit concerned about the musty smell too.
