The community is nice and the staff have been helpful. Michael in particular has answered every question I've had and assisted with anything I've needed. Very thrilled with the service I've received, though this is after living here after a month. Maintenance team has also been responsive and efficient, and I greatly appreciate how they work.
I live on the second floor, but unless someone intentionally bangs on a wall, roof, or floor, I can't hear any of my neighbors. That said, everyone keeps their areas clean, so I'm not stepping over others' messes to get to my apartment.
The one thing I would bring up is that the parking situation isn't up to par. I work a late 2nd shift, and when I get home at around 2:30 AM, there is no parking in front of my building. I usually have to find a parking spot 5-7 apartments from where I live. It's not the worst, as I feel safe on the grounds even when walking at that late hour, but it is a bummer to come home after an exhausting day and experience that last bit of frustration.
Despite that, I'm happy I chose to move here. I hope parking can be improved, and looking forward to seeing what this area has to offer.
