Pretty good I wish residents wouldn't put out trash on non trash day and would clean up dog feces. Office staff and maintenance staff do a good job. Maybe fines should be used to discourage residents from putting trash out on non trash days

    Pretty good overall. They had to change trash pick-up services a few times. Overall good neighborhood, some residents are nasty, trashy but overall most are pleasant and respectful. Management Office addresses issues Pretty quickly

      Good location and apartments are well built and sturdy. Some riff raff have moved in, but overall, a good residential vibe. Trash dumpster gets full, and some residents leave trash on the ground. They should get an additional dumpster; also, more parking is needed

        Pretty good, the grounds can be kept neater. Pretty close to hardberger Park HEB, Super Target, several restaurants close by and a gas station, Walgreens, also easy access to 281 and loop 1604. ?? overall good office and maintenance staff.
