I have been here for eight months. The maintenance crew has been very responsive to any problems I have had, and the front office staff go out of their way to help with any questions or concerns. The management team clearly cares about the appearance of the property. Landscape improvements/maintenance is a constant. I highly recommend this property.

Great so far. The only problem is pet owners. Too many dog owners do not pick up after their pets even though the management provides a large number of dog bag and waste disposal stations. And I say this as a dog owner. But that's on the people, not the mangement.

Overall a great experience my first week here. Staff is very professional, friendly, and responsive. The unit I rented was very clean upon move-in, and the grounds are very well maintained. I waited for the right unit to open because I really wanted to live here. I am glad I waited.
