Congratulations , park on Wurzbach is a beautiful and safety place to live in , I arrive 1 1/2 months ago , , I am impressed of the service and the mantienence of all the areas the mantienence teem is excellent. I am very happy and great full with the people at the office they are always with a smile willing to help . Thank you very much, I feel welcome all the time. My daughter loves to go out to get the mail she feels save and free, she is very happy.

This a beautiful community. The personnel is amazing! At the office, there is always someone to answer your questions or to help you. Maintenance personnel is wonderful, very respectful and efficient. Any problems or requests were solved fast and without having to ask again.

I’ve been living here just over a year and it’s been such a blessing after a bad apartment experience elsewhere. The security it provides with a gate and attached garages have been especially comforting. The staff here are very friendly and genuinely care about helping residents. Front office staff and maintenance do a great job getting to know the residents. The grounds and amenities are beautiful and the unit layout is great for families and young adults alike, while offering new appliances and abundant space for hosting. Overall I’ve had a great experience and happily renewed my lease recently.

I’m 2 days in my new apartment and I love it. Nice looking apartment community with all the amenities you want and need. Staff is highly professional and helpful. Neighbors upstairs are very loud, at times I feel they are going to through my ceiling. Makes it hard to sleep at night. I work from home and the noise makes it hard to work as well. Just wish that they would be a bit more quiet.

It is wonderful with the exception of the visibility of roaches and the lack of effort of maintenance. I would like to recommend, but the roaches and quality of service from maintenance prevents that. How can I recommend when I have complaints that require serious advocating to get resolution.

Everything has been amazing. Really loving my new home. I love the food truck services, love that the gates are closed and you need a code to get inside the community and the places we share. Only problem I had so far is waiting a blinking lamp to go straight to my bedroom window to be fix. But the place is quiet, safe, clean and very pretty inside and out.

I love the food trucks and the neighbors usually clean up after their pets but some neighbors leave wet trash outside their front doors I have not participated in other community events but I know there are a lot scheduled and actually worth attending like wine/paint event etc

Very pleased with everything I enjoy the quietness and security gives me peace of mind. The garage parking is one of my favorite amenities and the pool area. You don’t have to travel far to grocery stores everything is near by.

Leasing Ladies and maintenance are very friendly and do their best to help. Danielle was amazing she took care of us as much as she could and tried in every aspect to make us feel better. I have nothing bad to say it’s just management and their tactics. The apartments are nice however details small details and management. make sure to pay attention to everything and don’t sign if you don’t feel comfy. Now to deal with a bedroom full of water right next to my baby’s crib. Very disappointed.

Park on Wurzbach is a place you can call home. It is taken care of, Maintenace gets to the orders quickly, the staff are the best. The layout is great in the Apartments. You feel at home right away everyone is so friendly. The Amenities are Awesome Gym, Yoga Room, Huge Pool, Barbeque area, and the Office also has many features they offer their residents.
