Lately I don't see that the hall carpets kept clean and entrances to the outside are left propped or have broken latches allowing anyone to comen in. Additionally, some of the residents are too noisy.

    I have loved living at this community for 3 years! Sherman has done a lovely job at keeping up the community this year with obvious investments to the property. I also cannot express how wonderful the team is here. They're all so friendly and appear to have wonderful relationships with residents.

      The apartments are beautiful and spacious. Some of the rooms can be a bit dark , but it's texas and the daytime allows lots of light in. The prices are higher but it comes with many amenities, including modern appliances an excellent AC system and mail/package delivery rooms. Parking is readily available in the area with an internal garage and townhome garages available. My only issues with the complex is the gate half of the gates are out of order and/or constantly breaking. While I appreciate the cameras and limited access inside the garage, that it keeps going down/is out of order keeps extending my commute. However, the gate is closed when down some people can't just enter the building which is nice. Also the carpet in the hallways needs to be cleaned, and people don't pick up after there pets ( they never do anywhere you'll go, but there are numerous pet trashbag receptacles, and outdoor areas for them to walk their pets you'd think this wouldn't be an issue). All in all, it's a great complex with great amenities and located in a great area with lots of access to walks, new developments, resturants, and easy access toā€¦Ā See More>

          Overall, it is convenient and comfortable to live in this building. It's clean and well-kept and the facilities like the gym are decent. It is a bit further north than I would have preferred, but it is so close to both 281 and 1604 that you can basically get anywhere in San Antonio in 20-25 minutes. The management is very pleasant and accommodating, albeit at times a little slow. They really don't respond to email (sometimes at all, sometimes 3-4 days later), but they are always cheerfully available in person downstairs during business hours. And any repairs I have requested have been done within 24 hours (none of those have been emergencies -- they've all been minor -- so 24 hours is fine). It is great to be able to put trash outside your door every evening and have it picked up; the only complaint I have on that is when you move in, you have more trash than one container's worth (especially boxes) and there really aren't any serviceable dumpsters around so it's difficult to know what to do with your excess trash.             Moved into a studio in February 2023, and then when my lease was up I transferred over to a 1 bedroom last November. Both units have been fantastic, and my experience has been fantastic as well. The building was built in 2020 and still has a new feel. What I love the most though is the staff. They are all super friendly, and a make a genuine effort to get to know all the residents, and throw us fun events. The maintenance staff is great & the cleaning crew too. It is also nice being able to walk to Starbucks from the apartment. I use the pool a lot too. It has great loungers. Highly recommend this apartment complex.

            I have had a great experience since Sherman residential has managed the standard at legacy. Prompt response to work orders, office staff is nice and friendly. There are repairs needed with gates etc but the property is great on executing a plan to fix in a timely manner.

                      I had some disappointing experiences I will list some problems below ?shared space? ?The office building is well-cleaned and smells nice. However, the building across the parking lot is filthy. Especially in summer, there is a bad odor. ?Cockroaches are crawling on the walls of the hallway ?Disorganized delivery lockers lead to lost packages. ?There is a lot of dog excrement in the inner hallway, dog run, and building grounds, making it unclean. ?There are some people who don't have good manners. Let your dog run down the hallway without a leash or leave dog feces behind. ?room? ?There are countless small holes and cracks in the corners of the room, allowing insects to enter. ?When I moved in, the cleaning was so sloppy that it took a lot of money and time to keep it clean. ?Loss of furniture due to rain leaks. Air conditioning malfunction. There were a number of problems, including problems with the kitchen. ?I'm grateful that they came to fix it right away, but the cleanup was too messy, leaving the floor wet and the adhesive not coming off, which added to the trouble. ?Not comfortable because the floor is uneven

                        When I first moved here, everything was great, and then into my second and third lease things have declined significantly, the elevator closest to my unit never works. I have come home late on flights, and had to carry my belongings up the stairs because the elevator was down I have had two criminal incidences occur to me with police reports and the staff is negligent with reviewing security footage without any sense of urgency, even though it affects my safety, extremely dissatisfied.

                          The staff I've met here have always been helpful and informative, as well as being very friendly. The apartment I'm in is very modern, looks good and clean. The amenities are amazing, such as the dog park, the pool, the workout area, etc. There are grills at the pool for us to use! I'd highly recommend renting here.

                              At The Standard at Legacy, you will always be greeted with friendly smiles and a willingness to help from staff and management. Property is fairly new and has great appeal. I've been living here for 3 years and I am most positive I'll continue to renew my stay. I love how easy it is to get to shopping, eating, medical and dental appointments, work and pretty much find myself in the area most of the time.

                                I have enjoyed living here this past year. The staff is amazing and quick to respond. The building amenities are great and I truly appreciate the events the staff host. Food truck Wednesday is always something to look forward to as well. Location is awesome and close to everything you could need. Only downside are the pet owners who refuse to pick up after their pets.

                                  No longer feels safe.

                                  Homeless transients walk around the complex at any time of day, some find their way into the lobby area and the on site safety officer is rarely seen patrolling the property. There isnā€™t any true access control as people tailgate into the garage and pedestrian doors. People often leave their dog ---- on the sidewalk , grass and even the interior spaces. The garage door is often not operational. Seems like they are now leasing to section 8 tenants. A couple of men, not sure if they are tenants or not, linger in the gym and common areas, and have approached female tenants walking their dogs. Itā€™s a great location and nice property but feeling more ------ by the day. Please improve security ! You can certainly afford a couple of on site security officers who actually do rounds of the exterior and interior.

                                    Love the staff, they are the best and continue to bring food trucks and other service providers to help residents. Maintenance and support keeps the grounds clean. The complex is easily accessible to all freeways and parks.

                                      Good experience overall. Nice staff people. Some late repairs on the building in general (TV's, EV charging stations, BBQ equipment), but for the apartment issues they solve issues quickly. Neighbors are ok. To many dogs in the community and little respect keeping the gardens clean

                                        There is a variety of floor plans to choose from to ensure you find your dream apartment/townhome. Highway accessibility and location within San Antonio makes the Standard a great choice when considering your next home. For the most part the community is clean and well kept. Valet trash pick up is a perk, and amenities are reliable. The parking garage gate is often broken/out of service, and representatives can be more responsive. Get ready to hear people doing donuts in the adjacent parking lot every night.

                                              Overall has been an ok experience. There are a few things that have been disappointing. 1. Coffee machine in lobby is not available in the morning. 2. Exercise balls in gym are never inflated properly. 3. Hallways are dirty : dead cockroaches. 4. Green areas around apartments smell terrible. Pet owners don't clean after their pets, but it seem nobody cleans those areas either.

                                                If I received this survey a month ago my answer would be entirely different as I was satisfied and loved living here up until the point where my upstairs neighbors pipes burst, flooding my unit and the 2 units below me. Maintenance left water pouring through my recessed lighting, ceiling, walls and floors for 45 minutes before shutting the pipes off to stop the flow. No attempt was made to dry my unit, I was told they didn't have fans. My ac broke the following night and was repaired but left an environment for mold growth. Since June 26th I have been pleading with management to repair my unit and have not been able to live there since June 30th. They have slapped several coats of paint over the excessive damage and I could've done a better job patching the holes than they did. They put in a dehumidifier that sprays scented oils into the air to try to cover the mold smell, instead of actually repairing the damage professionally. Do not move here, unless you want to get sick from mediocre repairs. They do not care about the health and safety of their residents, just saving themselves moneyā€¦Ā See More>
