Not until you fix the parking, it's a serious problem that I understand has been tried to be remedied. but now it's worse than ever and people are taking advantage of it. increase towing or make them follow the guidelines, its not that hard.

The overall experience with the Vecina has been good for the most part. The only issues I have had are maintenance not fixing issues that have occurred on multiple occasions and the parking difficulties that have arrived as of late since the visitor parking has been extended.

These residents is a really nice. Everybody says it’s very nice but nice. Doesn’t always come with everything like maintenance management the community all that’s not A1 right now. They don’t notify us by email if they’re doing something they just do it and then they notify us after everybody complains.

Lived in the area for 23 years for the quiet and friendly community! Great schools, convenient shopping, medical facilities and great restaurants. My family physician, eye dr and dentist are all in short commute from one another .

We've only just moved in a week ago, so far everything has gone fairly smoothly. Contacting the office to complete necessary tasks for move in was the least efficient process thus far. The complex is very clean with excellent amenities. The gym is top-notch. The maintenance team is excellent. Dean and Charles were both very pleasant and quick. I give them five stars on response time, friendly, efficient and cleanliness.

These buildings were not made properly; looks like everything was rushed. The only positive thing about this place is it is next to an elementary school if you have little ones . Other than that it is too pricey for the service you DONT get. So basically you pay for services you don’t get or need.

Vecina is a wonderful place to stay, close to local schools, stores, restaurants and so much more. Alexandria in the office is one of the absolute best she is great to work with and cares about the residents needs. The maintenance team is second to none, their response time is amazing and very detailed. We will be here for awhile great place.

Unreasonable to tenants on move out. Despite a cleaned and good shape condition of the apartment, I was charged for an unreasonable amount of fees. When asked about explanation, it was not provided. Vague answers were available.

The property, our apartment and the amenities are all very nice. The staff is great and with the exception of a few small things around the property that need to be tended to, everything is well cared for. Most importantly, we feel as safe here as is reasonable to feel in a city.

My experience at Vecina has been nothing but bad since the day I moved in when I was greeted by a commode full of poop that would not flush! I was charged a late fee for not having my Renter's Insurance to them on time - even when I have email verification that it WAS submitted before I moved in. Parking is ridiculously complicated, so much that cars are always getting towed away, including my AT&T contractor! Theft in the package room. Shooting in my building just two doors down from me. Windows don't seal properly and when winds pick up it sounds like a hurricane! I could go on but I'm sure you won't be using my remarks for "marketing purposes".

I’ve had multiple issues that have required maintenance to be called. I’ve dealt with unfriendly staff in the office a couple of times. There’s a lot of bugs (I understand we’re right next to a greenbelt but there should be pest control on the exterior of the buildings) and the guest parking situation is awful and I’ve had guests towed at least twice due to it even though we had parking passes.

It's a corporate owned apartment complex, so expect corporate owned apartment complex issues. Additional services are not optional, credit check, parking issues, etc. Amenities are nice and the views are nice as well. The units are okay. 3/5

A beautiful home with nature. A view fell passion. A location at which every thing near by like HEB ,Walmart , Urgent care , Hospital , Elementary - middle - high schools, food, fun, bar . Airport within 15 min. Downton within 20-25 min.Overall bunch of facilities and goodness.

Staff is debatable, not everybody in the office is friendly or helpful. Maintenance is very nice and great. As for safety I feel safe, but there has been issues, like a shooting in one of our buildings that wasn’t made aware to the residents, so that’s kinda scary.. but other than that 8/10 living experience.

Move here loose sanity

Have lived here for nearly 2 years, first year was great with the residents living above us as well as the management. Suddenly management changed & everything is downhill. If you look at the property most apartments are vacant! Do not I repeat do not lease here unless you want to be unhappy paying rent for people that don’t care about your sanity. I’ve had issues with upstairs neighbors since they moved February 2022 where I can’t sleep at night nor in the morning due to their loud stomping daughter & barking dog from 5am & management doesn’t care they call this “apartment living & it is what it is”. Take your money elsewhere at the price point here you can rent anywhere from else I stone oak. Otherwise if you do decide to move here make sure no one loves above you. #unhappyresident
