Staff and maintenance are great and they try to handle other residents as best as they can but people park in covered/reserved spaces without paying for them, people come through blasting loud music at all hours of the night. The parking is scarce unless you pay, stuff is constantly breaking down so maintenance has their work cut out for them. It’s an older apartment complex with some residents who are not considerate of others. For the price you pay that’s set by the management company, its not worth it. You can go down the street for the same price, newer complex, elevators and a parking garage for the same amount of rent

I have enjoyed living here for over 12 years. The staff is wonderful. It is a great location and the property is well maintained. All maintenance requests have been completed quickly by very friendly staff.

The mosquitos are becoming a huge issue due to the amount of leaves the landscapers blow into the bushes and areas off of the road. I walk my dog in the community, as well as the neighborhood everyday, and the mosquitos are only a problem in our complex. I would appreciate if the landscapers took the leaves instead did just blowing them off of the road and into the bushes and other landscaping.

The complex is great, it’s an older community but they have done an amazing job keeping up with it. All the trees around makes you feel like you’re somewhere else yet there’s so much to walk to right outside the complex. The staff and maintenance are wonderful, they do anything they can to make you feel comfortable.

It was great when we moved in, but has gradually got more expensive and less worth it. Similar appointment homes in the area are going for less money. The landscaping is good if you live in one of the buildings on the street, but the other buildings have a perpetual mosquito problem. Be careful just walking out your door, because you WILL get bit. Nice floor plans though.

Great complex minus maintenance. Maintenance can be rude, condescending, and we’ve yet to have our issue resolved. We’ve been waiting since maybe January or February and we’re pretty sure our ceiling has some sort of water damage that we hope we won’t be responsible for.

Very pleasant community. Pet friendly and very clean. Professional and courteous staff. A real pleasure to live here. Quite in the evenings and a beautiful pool area for outside entertaining. And a full exercise facility.

I was told my unit would be hardwood flooring but it turned out to be all carpet then I requested to move into one with hardwood. Had to pay more and the unit was not very well cleaned. The entire move in process was upsetting.

It has been good so far. I have no real complaints. We did have an incident last year (2021) when 2 cars had their 4 tires stolen. The 2 vehicles were left in cinderblocks. For the price I am paying for rent, I do not think that Ventana Apartments has done enough to protect our cars.

Kind staff and maintenance, clean community and have never had issues that couldn’t be resolved. The location is right close to work, to friends, and there are plenty of stores nearby. For the price and location it has been superb.

I wish more could be done about security. It seems like every time I drive out of the security gate, theres a car waiting to drive in through the exit. This makes me feel less secure and defeats the purpose of security gatesthis community has an amazing maintenance staff though, so that alone keeps me satisfied with living here!

It's a very calm community with great access to restaurants and entertainment, quite literally across the street from the apartments. I like this area, I feel very safe, and the office/maintenance/staff make me feel very safe here.

The community is very quiet and peaceful I feel safe here and I love living here. It would be nice if the upstairs apartment had a little more and installation. I can hear my neighbors 24 hours a day. I love that the shopping centers are nearby and even in walking distance

Experience here has been good so far I really like this community. However, Not super happy with the quality of the unit itself for the price. Carpet is outdated, cabinets are poor quality, tub resurfacing was not done well, chipping. Ac drain and vents are rusty and old.

This property is overpriced. The upgrades are poorly done. The "SMART" upgrades aren't anything special. The smart thermostat isn't anything great when the hvac unit is decades old. Thesmart plug is a joke, there was supposed to be an upgraded gate, but that hasn't happened.

Noise, amenities we are supposed to have arent provided, bugs inside and outside (literally a line of ants along a wire outside going from apartment to apartment), holes and cracks in ceiling and walls, inability to use 2nd shower because of knob and lack of hot enough water coming out of faucet. The fence in our backyard that we basically got the apartment for is crooked and raised off the ground so we have to put these boards down outside to block our dogs from getting out of the yard. Unfortunately the lawn people have ran them over repeatedly and now they are barely usable anymore. I work from home and the people above me make so much noise I cant concentrate, be on a phone call or meeting yet others in the past who have lived in the community have been thrown out for the same kind of thing. Seems a bit inconsistent or discriminatory. The community has a lot of current and precious angry residents based off of their reviews and it is for the same stuff Ive presented here. Good price but wouldve definitely went elsewhere.

This community is a quiet community with lovely grounds. Apartments are older but have some updated finishes. The building as a whole is leaning and has cracks and parking is not the easiest. The rooms are all good sized and there is lots of storage. Maintenance is hit or miss, they tend to just cover over the larger issues. But overall a decent complex with a quiet vibe.

There aren't really any community-building opportunities. Like most places, tenants are away at jobs to afford rent and their basic standard of living. While I understand the appeal of knowing one's neighbor, the environment isn't suited to community-building. Also, it's poor design to have a resident pool built into the front office. Having tenants in casual attire engaging in casual behavior near a place of business is grating to the atmosphere.

We are super happy! Community members we've met have been friendly and respectful. I would just encourage the dog lovers community to be strict in regards to cleaning after your dogs every single time. The office and maintenance staff is great, highly responsive, and always willing to help.

I love living here. I am very impressed with everything. I love the trash valet, the pool, the workout gym, the food trucks, the dog park. Its a shame some dog owners dont pick up their dogs poop. I always pick up their poop.
