The staff here is amazing, they are so nice. The maintenance staff, do get things done. My only issue here is the noise and Roaches. My wife works 16 hour shifts and comes home to sleep, with loud noise coming from our upstairs neighbors. Their dogs are left on the patio and are constantly barking. There are usually loud stomps and when I complain nothing about this issue gets done. When I first moved in I never saw any Roaches, weeks later I noticed roaches. I've constantly asked for pest control, and it just seems to get worst and worst. I clean 2 times a day if not more... and it's like the more I clean the more the roaches show up. Just last night I woke up to take medicine, and I turned on my kitchen light... there were little roaches all over my kitchen floor and big roaches on my counter. I pay almost 1,000 a month for a 1 bedroom, and I always pay on time. I'm constantly having to throw away food and buy more food just because of the roach problem. They appear to be in my refrigerator, and when I pour myself cereal it's in there as well. I'm so tired of having to waste money on buying out, just because I don't even want to cook in my kitchen. This Roach problem just seems to get worst and worst!!! The only thing that has been done about this is PEST CONTROL! Which seem like they do nothing, but make the problem even WORST! I can't wait until my lease is up so I can move out!!!!
