Team Ventana does encourage residents and visitors to our community to share their reviews. We are disappointed to hear when someone is unhappy at Ventana but do encourage people to share their opinion giving us the opportunity to improve our services to all of our neighbors. Apartmentratings.com does not permit apartment staff nor vendors to post reviews for our own or other communities.
