I lived at the Ventana for a little over 3 years, in both a two bedroom and a one bedroom. I liked my neighbors and a lot of them had actually been there for years, which says a lot about the community. The only complaint I ever really had was that there was not covered parking and because there are so many trees my car would constantly get bird droppings all over it. Don't get me wrong, I love all of the mature trees around the property, it made the community that much more beautiful. As far as noise, I lived in building 1 next to Huebner so I did hear a lot of traffic noise, but that's not really something that anyone can prevent and I don't hold it against them at all. I rarely dealt with the office staff, only to pick up packages every once in a while. When I went to turn in my keys the property manager was there and accepted them and was just so nice, I really appreciated her kind words. I also rarely had any maintenance issues, but they were usually resolved within a few days.
