I have lived here for over a year and I would truly never recommend anyone to this place. The first year was fine with minimal issues. But the truth of the matter is that these buildings are old as dirt but Ventana rents them out as if they were brand new because they are "refurbished." The pictures you see below are my lovely apartment ceiling. For $1,039 a month you can have a ceiling that has not one, but two leaks! A steal for sure. You can also go down to the front desk, email them these exact pictures, and receive no calls, emails or anything about the status of when this will be fixed. I understand the girls at the front desk are basically just messengers who won't check an email unless I walk down there and ask. They don't give out a way to contact the person in charge which I get but SOMEONE needs to contact me and tell me what's going on and when this is planning to be fixed. So far I've been told that the contractors can't fix the ceiling anyway until the roof is dry. As of right now, it is a beautiful sunny day and the roof has not seen a drop of rain all day. I think the roof is completely dry. I also did not appreciate the old guy in the office saying that the leak is fine and he's been in the construction industry for 40 years. Sir, I truly do not care, my ceiling is leaking. Unless you want to fix it with all your experience, I don't need your opinion. The girl at the front desk is clearly tired of hearing from me since this started but its going to continue until she gets her manager (who I'm not allowed to contact) to speak with me. Tell management that no one wants a monthly party in the front office, we want the apartments to stop falling apart, the dog issues to be fixed, and the hallways to be clean. If you are looking for an apartment in this area I would recommend the nice brand new place next door called "The Mark". It's not much more, its brand new and I'll be moving there when my lease is up. I have no way to contact management other than in reviews so I look forward to hearing from management shortly after I post this.
