Great place to live and call home. Office/management staff is awesome and the maintenance staff is super awesome. Very clean, quiet and well lit up community. Anybody looking to be apart of this community should definitely not look elsewhere and move in..

Awesome community to call your home. Office and maintenance staff very friendly and really care about their tenants. When requesting a work order it gets done with in 2- 24 hrs, if that's not caring about your tenants, I don't know what is. Grounds very well kept up. Property Nice, quiet and well lit up. Plenty of restaurants & shopping center within walking distance.

Great experience here at Ventana apartments. the staff is awesome, great communication with them. Very well lit up and very safe, quiet and clean complex. Centrally located to anywhere in san antonio.. lots of restaurant and shopping areas close by..

Over all for the past 5 yrs that i have been living here, my experience has been great. maintenance and office staff has been awesome. Very quiet and clean complex. But the most frustrating problem was when renewing my lease this last time my rent was raised 28% which is unheard of at least in my time of being an apt renter. Very dissatisfied on that end.

Experience has been outstanding. The whole staff including maintenance care about their residents. They make sure your needs are taking care of and will not leave you un attended. Will always make sure your maintenance request are taking care of within hrs.

Experience has been Phenomenal. Property management team & leasing agents are exceptional they listen to what you need done and make sure it gets done. Maintenance mgr and his team are second to none, they make sure tenants are well taking care of. When I have ever placed a work order in my 4 yrs here at Ventana the job gets done within 2 to 4 hrs and thats on weekends as well. Property is very well lit up and super quiet and safe and centrally located to anywhere in San Antonio. I'm glad to call Ventana my home.

All staff members have done a great job since i have been a resident.When calling in a maintenance request, job is done within the hour. Complex is well lit and safe to live. very well located in San Antonio to anything you need.

Since the move in 4 yrs ago, my experience has been an A++, From the staff in the office who has been so very friendly & helpful in all my request. They jump on top everything that is requested right a way and waist no time in making sure i'm a satisfied resident. Maintenance an A++.. every maintenance request that I have put in over the past 4 years I've never waited more than a 4 hrs to get the repair done, there always friendly, polite and clean. Awesome community to live in, very quiet and very well lit up at night.
