Well right now the whole community is under reconstruction, so it's really annoying to put up with all the rocks, dirt, lack of parking spaces, construction noise, etc. It seems they are re-doing pretty much everything around the neighborhood, from the interior of apartments, to the grass outside, so I don't imagine they'll be done anytime soon. The management gave us no timeline or briefing about what kind of updates are being made or how long they will take. I came in before all the renovations started so my rent is pretty decent, but the rates NOW are as expensive as brand-new apartments. In my opinion, not worth it since you could just move into a new apartment without all the construction.
