The multi-levels of most of the buildings is a major selling feature. Means when you have a 3rd floor apartment you are only walking up one flight of interior stairs (the 1st floor generally has to walk down a flight of stairs). The layout of the apartment allows me to open windows across from each other and let the fresh air come in through a cross breeze. Living on the top floor I sit or look out my back balcony and see only trees and it feels like you are living in a tree house. I rarely hear a single sound and sometimes actually forget that I have adjoining walls belonging to neighbors as it is so quiet and peaceful. I have lived here for almost 2 months and have found the staff, both office and maintenance, to be very friendly, professional and responds very fast, even to non emergency issues. The pool area, club house, gym and dog park are all very nicely maintained and just add to the overall enjoyment and experience. Highly recommend Ventana for anyone looking for a new home.
