This community has some of the least empathetic office staff I've ever seen. They don't acknowledge making mistakes or say I'm sorry when something goes wrong. I have been told twice that I'll say I'm sorry because that's what you want to hear . Apologies when providing bad customer service should be given naturally, never prompted by the tenant. The automatic gates are left open for weeks. The walk-in gates are left broken and open for weeks. The mail station gets vandalized periodically. The mail station security service is turned off periodically. Your personal information is at risk on a mail station on which anybody with a ladder can climb into it, bypass the security system and vandalize. Water gets cut off sometimes as many as 3 times a month for the whole apartment complex, and sometimes without prompt notice. Maintenance requests are forgotten. I can't wait to leave this place.
