Single pane non sealed windows (was hoping the Hail storm would take them out, but no luck there. Rains inside the windows when storm is from the north, or northwest), no insulation in the walls, leading to high electricity usage. Apartment design issues: Air conditioning condensation drain, empties in the middle of the patio, causing moss to be able to grow, and creative seating to enjoy patio, and avoid being dripped on. Washer and drier are in the middle of the building. Drier vent pipe runs above the main floor living area, and is not cleaned and inspected annually, (Potential Fire hazard), clogs every year. Old HVAC technology employed with Air conditioning, vent system does not distribute cool air evenly across the unit. Apartment appliances, fixtures, and HVAC have serial numbers from 1994-1997 (20 years old). The main pool is very nice. the addition of the dog park is also a nice recent addition. location is another plus (Close to shopping, entertainment, mass transit, and restaurants.).
