I absolutely loved this apartment until I got a $400 electric bill for keeping my two bedroom apartment at 78 degrees. (neighbors all pay less than $200) When I first reported the problem, the office management was nice and offered to have the maintenance manager come fix our AC, they were able to fix it temporarily but after tracking my energy consumption for the past 9 days, the problem has returned. Now that I have returned to speak with office staff again to notify them of the recurring issue, the office staff seems more interested in arguing who is at fault than fixing anything. If they treat me this way in my 2nd month as a tenant, I can't recommend Ventana to anyone. I wouldn't have written this review if the matter was something that wasn't costing me $400 a month. If it was a leaky faucet or some less monetarily damaging issue, I wouldn't mind waiting for resolution. However, their lack of sense of urgency, or even empathy, has me asking myself why I moved here in the first place.
