I have been here for 2 years and have never found a more friendly and capable staff. The environment is very comfortable, quiet and spacious. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a happy home.

Great community. Friendly environment. Online and communication could use some work,but overall a decent community to live in. I would still recommend Venterra to people to live in. ....................

I have lived here so far one year and I just renewed my lease. It's a nice, quiet, friendly environment. In all the places I've lived, this has been the best complex to live at. I have already recommended this complex to friends. They already live here, and agree with everyone I've described this place to be.

It's been a pleasant experience so far. There a few concerns, but minor. The security of the gates could be improved a little. Other than that, living here has been very good. Nice and quiet community. Very clean as well

I just moved in in April and so far I'm liking the community. Everyone seems pretty happy and peaceful. The area is convenient to get to anywhere you need to go. I haven't been able to access all that the complex has to offer yet due to pandemic. But I hope that changes soon.
